EVERYWHERE window, under cabinets, behind stove. After making contact with the owners, sending pictures, following up with numerous phone calles and emails. I Finally got a call back almost 3 months later and was told he cant give a warranty on a product he doesnt make, he said its really not a big deal- just take the silicone out & redo it! ~ So incredibly rude, we are in the middle of aanother build & will definitely NOT even consider using them! Very disappointing.

They would not give us a refund so we had to stay with them. They ended up putting the countertops in and the day that they put them in, shortly after they left one of the sinks in the bathroom, fell off the countertop into the bottom of the bathroom vanity. This was the sink that was mounted underneath the counter top. They did come back to fix it and one of the installers said he was just training to do this job. There was also a delay as we had to find our own countertops. And then get put back on the schedule. It was not a good experience.

The team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. The craftsmanship was exceptional -- from perfectly aligned seams to a flawless waterfall edge and apron sink detail. The quality, precision, and overall care put into the installation truly exceeded our expectations. We're thrilled with the results and highly recommend this company for anyone looking for beautiful, well-executed stonework.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Northwest Granite has been extremely…read moredisappointing from start to finish. Communication was awful at every level. Any time I raised concerns with the project managers, they were quick to blame me for delays and became defensive and aggressive instead of listening. At no point did anyone take ownership of the issues I was experiencing--I felt constantly questioned, doubted, and talked down to. The demolition crew that removed my old countertops was careless and unprofessional. They never put down any protection on my brand-new floors, and while breaking apart the old stone they crushed pieces of countertop into the flooring, damaging several areas. They also punched a hole in a wall I had just repaired and said nothing--no acknowledgment, no apology, just left it for me to find later. On top of that, they left sharp broken pieces of stone inside the cabinets, on the floors, in adjoining rooms, and even in the driveway. It felt like a rushed job with zero regard for housekeeping, safety, or respect for my home. When it came time to measure for the new countertop, they incorrectly measured the area next to the refrigerator. The new top was cut too wide and is now pushing the cabinet panel out, leaving about a 1/4" gap. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they tried to blame me--saying it was already like that or that the cabinet panel was warped--and spoke to me as if I couldn't see the obvious issue. I waited weeks to hear what the next steps would be, but no one followed up. I always had to call or show up in person to get any kind of response from project managers or sales. The finished product is also poor quality. The seam is bad enough that I can catch a fingernail on it, and the edge looks rough and under-polished. Overall, this feels like a "fast and cheap" operation geared toward large apartment jobs or quick flips--not homeowners who care about quality and detail. If you value craftsmanship, clear communication, and simply getting what you paid for without having to fight for it, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. I regret giving them my business, and by the end I was just willing to accept whatever got me out of dealing with them any longer. I would not recommend Northwest Granite to anyone.

I never thought I'd write a review like this. Last year we…read morehad 3 flooring projects that we went through Panhandle Carpet One. We purchased two different flooring materials and used two of their contractors to lay the floors. The first project was finished. A couple of months later we let Paul, our salesman at Panhandle, know that the flooring was separating at some of the seams. The contractor had to come back two times to repair it. It appears that issue is fixed. The second project, different contractor and different flooring, appeared to be ok. The third project, same flooring and same contractor as the second project appears to be doing well. Early this year we noticed a couple of floor seams in the second project were separating. My husband called the contractor, but never heard back from him. A month or so later he called Paul at Panhandle to let him know there was an issue with the flooring. No reply. We went into the store and left a message as Paul wasn't there. Still no reply. We went in again a little over a month ago and spoke to Paul again about the issue. He said the contractor was busy on a job, and then was going on vacation. He would let the contractor know about the issue. As of today, we haven't heard anything. It would probably take a qualified, skilled person with the right tools as short time to fix the flooring. I guess we will attempt to fix the floor ourselves. I guess once the job is done and out of mind they don't seem to care a lot about continued customer relations and fixing an issue.

(Still within warranty) It's been over two years now since we first requested repair/replacement of defective flooring. It's been over six months since the representative came to our house to look at the defective flooring. We were told that they would "put us on the schedule." That has still not happened. More of the flooring is cracking on our staircase and other areas of our home and needs to be replaced. We are giving a low rating for customer service and would not recommend Panhandle Carpet One.
