Under new ownership and after 2 failed attempts at faulty concrete curbing installation, I am grateful to the staff of Dundee Concrete, who replaced it with flawless edging. I did take the owner of Creative Edge to the Spokane County small claims court (case 24005670) and received a judgement of $2,000.00 in damages, which I was very satisfied with given the owner's dishonesty in court. read more

Completely disappointed! In addition to the sloppy excessive cement that was left around the curbing, they also dug up part of my neighbors yard. I flagged the sprinkler head in my neighbor's yard (just so they were aware) but they still dug up his grass and placed a portion of the curbing on his property and left it a mess. Needless to say, I had a very upset neighbor - which i understand. When I called the office, she asked me if I talked to my neighbor ahead of time.....''no, i had no intentions of this curbing to affect him or his property'. She was to have Seth call me back. It was almost a week later by the time he called me. He conveyed that they weren't responsible for property lines (i had flagged my neighbors sprinkler in his yard), etc...but he'd call me back re: getting them to fix that section of curbing. He called back a few days later to say that 'he talked to Jason and that Jason said they don't have to do anything' (alluding it was my fault) but that he would take care of it the next time in the valley but i would have to pay for it.....at a discounted rate of $175ish! (Which they should fix at no expense to me) I'm not going to pay that amount of money to them when 1) they didn't spray paint that area ahead of time, 2) I had flagged the sprinkler head in my neighbors yard, 3) I was home while they were working & could have checked with me if any questions at all. Not my fault that they placed the curbing in my neighbors yard. It's been almost 8 weeks and no word from the office and/or Seth about taking care of this issue. The customer service from Seth, or lack thereof, has been disappointing - assuming their customers aren't important to them. Lastly, they did almost 100 ft of curbing and this is what all of it looks like....the concrete mess left everywhere for me to clean up which is too excessive to remove and adding dirt & seed won't hide all the cement. Unfortunately I can get the photos to attached. I spent almost $1,000 just to have this mess all over my front yard. If anything, I should receive a partial refund. I had the large perimeter of my backyard curbed a few years ago - different company - and had nothing that looked like this curbing - it was left clean with no maintenance on my part. So, if you need curbing done - go elsewhere! read more

If we could give 10 stars we would. Team ran a little over 400' of curbing in a timely, efficient manner. Very professional and knowledgeable team. From the prepping of the surface, to the clean-up at the end of the job, the 5 man crew killed it!!! Highly recommended!!! read more

I had a different company stand me up for a month but when I called Lee at creative curbing and told him my sad story he said don't worry we will get it done. That was on a Friday and Monday morning they showed up and did the job. They were polite and very quick. It was fun to watch them and my curbing is beautiful. Very unprofessional service, and poor customer service. Started with damage to 3 different parts of our sprinkler system, which they told me that it was not their responsibility to fix, we insisted they fix it, which they did. Seth tried to get out of taking responsibility, so my husband left work to come home to make sure they fixed it. They also provided us a quote, which they said they got the pricing of the quote incorrect because it was a new staff member who quoted us. So after the job was complete they charged us a higher rate than the quote. In addition they forgot a section of our property and when we called them to let them know they missed a section of our edging, the office staff named Jenna yelled at me, talked over the top of me and escalated to a point of screaming at me, all the while, I was trying to calm her down. She then called my husband at his work to yell at him, despite me asking her not to disturb hi at work. Thereafter the owner Jason came to our property with 4 other men to "negotiate" (read intimidate) on how to solve the issue of the missed section. In the end they charged us a premium price for the missed section, in addition to the extra pricing they charged because of their new staff member's error. Their business does not use their systems and check points and a lot of things were missed. For instance the scheduler Melissa called twice to say that once the date was confirmed that she would call to go through what needed to be ready for the day, but this information could have been provided on the two phone calls she made to me. In the end I never found out what needed to be done. I could not recommend this service to anyone. read more

The back yard turned out great but the front yard is a mess. Got some curbing around our front light post but they didn't center. It looks really bad being off centered and they put another set of curbing around a flower bed but it's not even close to the original one. Now that's all off centered for no reason. Just sloppy. You can tell because of where we have plants already planted it creates a huge spacing gap. If we would have known it would have changed everything we wouldn't have gotten the curbing. Plus they left a unnecessary amount of concert all over, they could have cleaned most of it up. And it got all over our sprinkler heads and now we have to try to plant grass for where they removed some but the curbing machine wasn't even close to it. A big regret!!!!!! And can't take it back. We Don't recommend them. They basically gave us no option for the front yard but said it would look good. It doesn't. Shitty work. read more

Very bad job making our concrete edges, we called them many times to fix it and they never responded or fixed the problem. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. read more
