My husband and I were apprehensive regarding ordering from Cabinets to Go after all of the negative reviews, and took the leap of faith, only to come out on TOP!!!! We have had nothing less than fantastic service from day one through completion. We worked with Ellie out of the Caledonia Store, whom was very professional, and if she was off for the day and we had questions, Keanu and Manager Marty were their to assist. We went with Sienna Rope cabinets, needed many special sizes, and they are absolutely breathtaking beautiful! People have come over since our remodel and jaws are dropping. These cabinets look so rich in color and have made such a difference in our home. We also purchased our Quart countertop for our cooking island, and Acrylic-countertop for the remainder. Everything has met our expectations and more. We cannot express enough how very pleased we have been throughout our whole remodeling process. We were told to allow a couple of weeks for delivery for the Cabinets and we were shocked that they arrived in less than a week. Not one scratch, dent, or damaged cabinet. Twice we needed additional cabinets because we made the changes, and they arrived in two days!!! UNBELIEVABLE, EXTRAORDINARY experience. Take the leap people. You will NOT regret it... Maybe it depended on where people had their assist with purchasing, there are always two sides to the story... however, we will attest that Ellie, Keanu, and Marty all deserve raises for their extraordinary services!!! Look very closely to the previous reviews!!! Everything they say is TRUE!!! I went into the store in September, 2017. Ordered my cabinets with John , store manager at time. He was very polite and knowledgeable (or at least appeared to be). Order was placed, cabinets delivered. I was unaware the cabinets needed to be assembled. Shame on me for not doing my research! Cabinets were assembled! Next, two of the cabinets were broken. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for a resolution to this problem. CABINETS TO GO corporate SUCKS!!!! My order has been escalated to a supervisor and still no resolution. Another issue, I was missing a cabinet, and had to call the store to inquire as to where it was. Ohhh that must be your cabinet in the back that we didn't know where it belonged. Not a problem, picked up the lone cabinet. Problem resolved When assembling the cabinets, there was to be an apron sink. The apron sink was in the diagrams and blue prints. No conversion doors were ordered to conver the REGULAR sink to an APRON sink. I cut my losses on this matter, there is NO RESOLUTION! I do need a resolution to the two cabinets that are broken! My kitchen cannot be completed until this is resolved!!!! Wonder what HGTV would say about a company they promote on television? We undertook a major renovation of our kitchen removing all the existing cabinets. We contacted Cabinets to Go in Caledonia (Milwaukee) and received our packet to start the layout. We met with John Lewis in Caledonia with our information. After a discussion about our project, John began selecting and arranging cabinets. He was professional and very competent in his work and his knowledge of the product. During the process we had several questions that John handled with good humor and expertise and we were able to accomplish this by phone saving us time and expense. He explained the assembly process and what we should expect. If you follow the instructions, the assembly process is simple and quick. There were a couple of cabinets that had errors. These items were quickly replaced with minimal disruption to our schedule. The Customer Service Staff, specifically Karley Mcguire, was efficient, polite and followed up to advise the status of the replacement parts. We really enjoyed working with John Lewis. He has a great sense of humor and it makes the whole process a pleasure. We would not hesitate to use John and Cabinets to Go for any future project. My wife and I had been looking to remodel our kitchen for years and had done a lot of research on cabinet quality. We were resigned to using a big box store's cabintry, but saw a program on HGTV that used Cabinets-To-Go. So, we researched the product, and found it to be as good or better than what we had previously decided to buy. Once we were convinced of the quality, we were amazed to find out that the cost of the cabinets was less than HALF of the big box store! We met with the local store manager, John, and he designed our kitchen, and we placed the order. John timed the delivery so my college-aged son could be home and put the cabinets together - a piece of cake. He put 23 cabinets together in about 8 hours. We were given an incorrect piece for one cabinet, but one call to John got that straightened out the same day. We can't say enough about the great quality, price and especially the customer service we received from Cabinets-To-Go. We will definately recommend them to all that ask! read more

Cabinets To Go in Caledonia, WI is amazing. The cabinets are great, price is great, and the sales people there are great. My wife and I decided to remodel our upstairs duplex because our grandson and his girlfriend asked if they could move up there. We were contemplating before about doing it, but since they asked if they could move in we sped up the process. We were refereed here by my daughter Patty and her husband because they recently bought cabinets about a year and a half ago from them. These cabinets are great regardless if you have to put them together, which is where you save money. They were so easy to put together. I only put one together and my grandson and son-in-law did the rest, but they put them together so fast I was just shocked because I was thinking they were going to take all day and only took them 4 hours. Overall experience with Cabinets To Go was great and at some point we will be coming back to order cabinets for our downstairs, which is where we are currently living. read more

My husband & I shopped for cabinets at several different places. We ended up at Cabinets To Go in Caledonia based on a recommendation from my boss. Cabinets To Go was more than half the price of all the other quotes & the quality of the cabinets were just as nice if not better. We were told the cabinets would be ready in 2-3 wks & we they were ready in 2 wks. A couple of things that help keep their cost lower is you have to pick up your cabinets & you have to assemble them. Easy peasy & to save thousands of dollars it was well worth it. Our kitchen is simply GORGEOUS & we receive compliments on it all the time. Working with John the Manager of the store was a pure pleasure. He answers every question, responses to your calls or messages immediately & bends over backwards to make sure you are a satisfied customer. We want to say that cabinets to go is fantastic the quality of there product is superior Cabinets are made of plywood and solid birch fronts The design and olor options for RTA cabinets are awesome to The showroom in Caledonia doesn't give enough justice for the quality and many options Lindsey was fantastic even helped us when OUR flooring contractor installed the flooring in correct This last part has nothing to do with Lindsey and her team There are hidden shipping costs and restock fees that are pretty steep in my opinion But I did have a damaged roll out tray and the corporate office had no problem replacing it for me Again we searched for years fir quality cabinets / flooring/ counter tops for years And when we Saw ad for cabinets to go we went for it and are thrilled with the quality and design Only suggestion I have is get the touch up paint marker and fill sticks and Maybe even the putty read more

After over 20 years in our house my wife and I finally determined it was time to renovate our kitchen. Cabinets to Go was recommended by a co-worker and we thought we would give it a try after visiting a few other stores. We worked with Marty and he was extremely helpful and patient as we worked to design our dream kitchen. The software he used was great because it allowed us to see a 3D replication of the final product. What was most intriguing was the shock of how reasonable the price was at the end of our hard work. It was easily 40% more economical than all other store. When the cabinets arrived and it was time to put them together, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of assembly and the sturdiness of construction. Bar far the best experience I could have had with a complete kitchen overhaul. Eli helped design the perfect layout for a pretty tight space. We had many hurdles in the way including a few door openings, boiler system and many windows. The overall result was better than I expected. All cabinets arrived in a week and we had no damage. Assembly was easy and quick All cabinets went together with ease. For the do it your selfer this was an easy task. By the time i was on my third cabinet it was less than 10 minutes set up. The overall price was about 50% less than other quotes. These cabinets have solid frames and great craftsmanship. If you are on the fence jump right over and take the leap. John and Keanu are absolutely wonderful at Cabinets To Go. We decided to order from them after visiting many other stores - big box stores, local cabinet stores, etc. Their quality was great for the price. Only one other store came in cheaper but the quality was much lower (1/2 plywood vs ¾ plywood). John helped us design our kitchen and even recommended changing a few sizes of the cabinets that made our kitchen that much better. The cabinets came in less than 2 weeks. The only downside was assembling them....but it wasn't bad at all for 2 paper pushers. My only advice is to just watch a video on assembling a RTA lazy susan - that one requires some thinking as the instructions are lacking. See pictures attached. read more

Loved everything from the moment we were greeted by the team at Caledonia store. John has been helpful and friendly from the start. He helped us design our unusual floor plan with an old built in cabinet that was existing that we wanted to work around. With selection of the cabinets to the hardware we were pleased. The installation was a bit difficult in some pieces, but my husband was able to adjust and modify to our needs. We recommend John and his staff at Cabinets to Go for any cabinets. We have ordered two sets of kitchen cabinets so far with Keanu at this location. We have had excellent service, a quick response time, and a great turn around from when we order the cabinets. Yes, you have to assemble them, but that makes sense for the cost savings you get. The cabinets also come with the soft close drawers (we got the Malibu White for both orders) which is a positive feature I didn't initially know we would be getting! They look great, and there are so many options to cater to any layout you'd need. We will continue ordering from them because of the fantastic service and follow up we've had thus far. read more

We went to a lot of 'big box' stores to price out cabinets and design our kitchen. None of them compared to Cabinets to Go in Caledonia. John's expertise and design along with the quality of the cabinets convinced us to buy cabinets here. The cabinets are very well made and contain what others call "upgrades" as standard construction. Although we had some minor issues like cabinets damaged in shipping, John was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was corrected to our satisfaction. Overall I'd give Cabinets to Go a 5 star rating and John at the Caledonia store a 6 star. read more

I'm reading the reviews & did not experience the difficulties others noted . . . matter of fact just the opposite. John was extremely helpful/knowledgeable on the many times I reconfigured the kitchen design & cabinets finally ordered on my part. 1 minor inconvenience with the delivery was the a part of our shipment was shipped somewhere else BUT this was not the local stores problem as they have no control on the distribution center. I've done two projects and both went great. Keanu was great in helping to design the layout and the cabinets arrived on time for both transactions. When there was a minor issue John the store manager worked hard to resolve it quickly. I've had more difficult dealings with high end custom cabinet makers. Bottom line my projects are professional projects where I can't be held back because of mistakes or delays and Cabinets to Go has come through each time. I went to 2 big box stores before stopping by Cabinets to Go. John was excellent in providing answers to ALL my questions. Not only did I leave with my entire kitchen laid out, I was also informed that the cabinets would be ready in 2 weeks after securing payment. I called him back with my payment information and my cabinets were ready the next week. The cabinets went together very well. If you want Great prices and the BEST Quality Cabinetry, this is the way to go! Yes they are solid wood. You do have to put them together but they were very simple to do. We saved a ton of money and have a Beautifully finished Kitchen. Also John the sales man at this location was so helpful and easy to work with.
