Maybe I should have read the reviews before hand!! My mom is looking for a small bathroom vanity and I found this place. I actually called to confirm that they indeed sold 36 inch vanities prior to making the drive. Over the phone I was told they would be able to show me what they could do. Upon arrival I noted 3 sales reps working. Chris Ronaldi is the gentlemen that did the best he could to assist us. He was the only rep to even greet us and actually seemed to genuinely want to help. Another gentlemen was very rude. Chris asked him about a 36 inch vanity and he basically barked at him and us as customers. I was thinking sir, calm down. Chris is going to be the saving grace for this place. However, the customer service from the other reps need some serious help. As you guessed, we are on to the next store. The sales dudes I spoke with took vitamin shady. Ignored my emails for several weeks following up on the quote and then when I tried to accept the quote they said they had to add $700 to "recalculate taxes". If they treat you badly before you cut them a check it only gets worse once you do. As far as I know they are still kicking rocks or pounding sand. Either way is fine by me. So they respond on social media and make a big service is number one and we care so much we take caring steroids at our annual retreat message. And they never respond back. Crappy service is bad. Phoniness on top of crappy service is an insulting layer cake of indifference. You can give a goat suspenders but you can't make him wear pants is what my cousin johnny fargtooth used to say. read more

I just completed a diy kitchen remodel and I got the cabinets and countertops from Ricky at Cabinets to go. The kitchen looks awesome! I got the Kensington Grey cabinets and a quartz countertop. I was struggling with the kitchen layout as I was completely redesigning the layout. Ricky spent several hours with me and helped me create a logical, functional beautiful layout. The cabinet doors and drawers close so softly now instead of slamming shut. Everyone who assisted me at Cabinets to go made the experience quite enjoyable. When I get on to redesigning my master bath I am heading back to Cabinets to go first thing! read more

Worst experience ever. Do not use Cabinets to Go. Errors with Cabinets and counters. Corporate is not help, they just refer you back to the store where the problem is. One cabinet was left off the order. 12 sq ft of counter space was not accounted for in the original order due to their error. They dont take any responsibility for their errors. I don't know where to start. Well, we ordered cabinets from them, and was told it would be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, no calls, no messages. We call them, no answer. We call again, no answer. We actually called them 14 different times, they would not pick up, so we drive to the store, and what do we see? 3 employees sitting there laughing/talking, etc.. So I asked them what phone rings when we call this number, and they said, "This one", so I called it and guess what it did? It rang. hhhmmm... I then showed them my phone where we had called 14 times, and they just looked like a "Deer in the headlights". So 1 month later, they called and said our cabinets were ready. The lady said we are on the schedule for next Monday @ 9:00 a.m. Great! I took a vacation day and waited...... No one showed up, no call. I called @ 9:45, and she told me, "Oh, they must've got stuck in traffic; I'll check". Ok, great. I waited for another 1.5 hours, nothing, so I called her again and she says, "Oh, sorry; they aren't coming. You were never on our schedule because your check didn't clear on time". BS!, we paid with a debit card, and we checked out bank statement; we were good. We paid 5-days earlier!! OK, Just a little irritated now. Then when they did finally get delivered, they charged us $250 (Never mentioned before) for delivery. So when they finally delivered, we thought they were installing them that day, so I took another vacation day; were they installed that day? NO, we waited another 9 days for a crew to "become available". Ok, well, what do you do? You just have to wait. You are at their mercy. If they were the last cabinet makers left on earth, I would hand-wittle my own. We will NEVER use them again. I advise you to stay away. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had with any product we have ever gotten, bar none. My wife has been waiting for a new kitchen for 22 years, then this happens. The material for the floors is nice but make sure you can install it yourself because the contractor they have is horrible. A two day job turned into five days and still he didn't finish. I had to buy extra supplies that I wasn't aware of and still he asked me for money when he came. He doesn't clean up after himself and comes whenever he wants. He took it upon himself and helped himself to my personal belongings without asking for permission. Very unprofessional. He never answers my texts and I have to keep calling to see when he is coming. Not worth the stress. Was thinking of doing my kitchen next but will be looking elsewhere. read more

Most customer service persons wouldn't have made the effort to locate more of the discontinued flooring, but they did and consequently made my wife and me very grateful. Oh they are nice and friendly when you go in, but they have not followed up one single time with the 3-4 times they said they would. I've left them our kitchen layout for quote, called and asked cabinet questions... every time is always a promise to call back... zero follow-up. Was hopeful to work with - only disappointment. Stay away from this place! If you're a woman or a woman of color. I went into this store to shop for a cabinet for my kitchen. I don't know names but there was three men. One at least made an effort to try to help. But you can feel it was not welcomed. I was interested in two cabinets but needed measurements. I returned to store with measurements and my sister to help me. The same person was there. But offered still little or no help. It was kind of like yeah yeah. What's your name and what cabinet do you want. I said you know I think I will have someone come out and custom make a cabinet for me. I'll probably pay more. At least I'll get the help I need. We have been working with Ricky at Cabinets To Go for the last few weeks getting cabinets for our kitchen. Ricky has been awesome, he let us know about the specials they were holding and even helped us with a design on a Sunday which he wasn't supposed to do. He wasn't pushy at all told us to let him know when we were ready! We called him up a few days later and told him we were ready. He let me know that he would be on vacation for the next week in case we couldn't get ahold of him which was great most of the time sales people don't let you know those things. He did inform us when we ordered that they were a little backed up and it could take 6 to 8 weeks for the cabinets to come in. We were in no hurry at the time so that wasn't a problem for us. Surprisingly though the cabinets came in in 2 weeks! I will definitely recommend Cabinets To Go to anyone ,the quality is great and they are beautiful! read more

We had purchased our kitchen cabinets for November !st delivery. The truck was "lost" for 2 days. Finally got our cabinets, trim piece missing, one cabinet drawer was packed with wrong side panel. These pieces were ordered the next week. Hardware was to be shipped to my house- never was. Had to be reordered- it was shipped to the Charlotte store and was never called it was there. The trim piece was a confirmed delivery for December 17 and I was to get a call as soon as it was pulled from the truck. Was never called and when I called December 29 was told "yes it's here". I wasted 2 hours going to the showroom only to find they couldn't find it. Called customer service only to leave my name and number. Still missing the drawer piece and the trim. Nobody returns calls, nobody cares. After over $7000 in cabinets and two months later, my kitchen is still incomplete. STAY AWAY!! read more

Worst home renovation experience ever! We will NEVER use cabinets to go ever again. They are not fast or efficient. We've been waiting over a month for standard cabinets. I could have had custom cabinets installed by now. We unfortunately we're stuck with a newer employee who either doesn't get a lot of assistance from coworkers or doesn't care enough to ask for help, which he desperately needs! Every time we call to ask about the delivery of our cabinets we get very vague answers. I would never recommend using this company. Paid for my cabinets over a month ago, told they would be here by 6/13 and I still do not have cabinets as of 7/7. I have called every week and been told they will be here next week.... Still no cabinets. When we originally ordered our cabinets, Lee told us they would be here in time for our deadline on 6/17. They have lied to me every week since. The manager Ricky is also a jerk, didn't return my phone call when I asked to speak to him and when I did get in touch with him he was rude and acted like it wasn't a big deal and that it was my problem to deal with! Said that its not their problem and that I shouldn't have planned anything to be done to my kitchen until I had my cabinets in hand. I can not wait to be done with them!!
