To begin with the cabinets were ordered and paid for in June of 2021, we paid extra to have one of their recommended experts to come out and measure my kitchen to make sure that everything was correct. When my order was delivered there was an upper cabinet instead of the needed lower cabinet, Rob at the store advised that we build a platform and use the lower cabinet on the bottom. This could not work as it was 3 inches too short for the space. Rob graciously charged me another $360 for the correct bottom cabinet. We have waited since June of 2021 until December 7 of 2022 for the final cabinet to come in, all this time looking at a gaping hole in my kitchen above the refrigerator. Now that the cabinet has finally arrived, we can see that we need two filler boards in order to complete this long dragged out project. Once again Rob has graciously offered to charge us $100 for these boards. As a courtesy and to make this long suffering customer they are not willing to eat $100, even when reminded of the error of their ways. Disgusting. Not recommended, please go elsewhere for cabinets. read more

Do not recommend. Paid for cabinets and installation before cabinets were delivered. Wrong sink base was delivered so could not install Rev A Shelf. Installer, Excel Cabinet Installation services, sent two techs neither of whom could speak English adequately. Called Stuart showroom 2X, no response. I wanted CTG to furnish a mailing label since I couldn't use the RevAShelf component due to their error. Ended up having to drive back to Stuart to request a refund. Then informed that only the district manager can provide a refund. Management does not give employees adequate authority. A lack of customer service attitude. Will not use this company again. read more

I got the nicest cabinetry! They are ready mades that you need to assemble; they are made out of first quality three-quarter inch plywood. they have installers if you don't want to do it yourself, but we had our handyman assemble and install. The cabinets have the soft closed doors and drawers and there is no particle board anywhere! Only quality hard wood. You save a ton of money and end up with a high quality product! I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Cabinets To Go! Robb was so great to deal with. Nice people who are knowledgeable and helpful. A+! read more

I can't begin to say how pleased I am with Cabinets To Go in Stuart. Rob designed a beautiful kitchen for us. His customer service skills go above and beyond expected. In two occasions he personally dropped off two items at my house. I can't thank him enough. Then when we changed the design after paying in full for our counter tops Alan the manager gave us a refund for the difference without having to call and request. Our installers said the cabinets are of the highest quality, which made us very happy because we where reassured by a third party that we made a good purchase. Price is very reasonable. Cabinets are good, just don't expect any support from the store. Installer they recommended was shoddy, missed items that should have been included in order and liked to try to add-on charges and also missed appointments. Keith who "designed" the kitchen did a good job however the guy who is store manager is of no help at all if a problem arises, uses trite and banal sayings. Worst experience ever. Run and don't look back! Chased them for months just to get a response. Once the process started we brought them measurements. They sent a guy out to measure and he used our measurements, complained about wearing a mask and proceeded to tell us why they could not make their own design work.(We were charged $99 for that experience). No one actually measured and they decided not to call us back. Again, the chase began. We asked for the $99 back but to no avail. We've since worked with a real kitchen design company who has beautiful products and high quality designers (as opposed to the bird's nest we would have gotten from Cabinets To Go). Beware, Robb will pretend to care about your project, spend ample time with you to make the sale, take your money and forget about you. He did not allocate the cabinets he said was in stock and now they have our money, the cabinets were sold to someone else and there is nothing we can do, they will not return our calls. The next step with be the BBB and the Florida Attorney General. I have never dealt with so much dysfunction, deceit and awful customer service. read more
