I would not recommend Cabinets to Go Cabinets or products due to quality and customer service /Warranty issues. I am disappointed but not surprised that they are not honoring the 'Lifetime' warranty. Shortly after installation in 2020, I began to notice significant chipping on the interfaces of the cabinet doors and drawers. This chipping has continued to worsen over time, despite the cabinets being used under normal residential conditions and maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines. All I asked for was 2 cabinet Panel replacements. Attempts to Resolve: I have contacted Cabinets To Go Customer Care to address this issue and obtain replacement panels for 2 of the cabinets. Despite providing detailed descriptions, photographs of the damage, and proof of purchase, the responses have been unsatisfactory. The supervisor at the company claimed that wear and tear and chipping of paint is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty despite the fact that this limitation is not included in the LIFETIME Warranty Sales Order paperwork that we originally signed. Regardless of this discrepancy, Cabinets To Go has offered inadequate solution and said that we would need to pay to replace the panels. She also said that she's the one that handles BBB complaints so you can see that this is a small company with poor customer service. The chipping not only detracts from the aesthetic appeal of my kitchen but also raises concerns about the long-term durability and quality of the cabinets. Given the significant investment I made in these cabinets, I am extremely disappointed with the product's performance and the company's response to my concerns. Customer service is non-existent once you place an order and give any money. No calls returned. We were pawned off to a third-party that Cabinets To Go uses to do the cabinet install. The installer doesn't even speak English!! Unacceptable! The install was done the beginning of May and we are still missing pieces. Since no one calls back, my husband went to the showroom and was told he hadn't voiced any concerns about missing pieces in 60-days so he had no case. This is an edit to a previous review. They have sent us THREE batches of Chalet White cabinets. THREE! Each batch is damaged. Broken, cracked, broken cam locks, scratches, gloppy paint, chipped paint, first layer of plywood cupping off, missing pieces, etc. THREE BATCHES! They say that "Third time's a charm", but not in this case. How in the world can you receive not only one batch of damaged cabinets, not two, but THREE! That's 36 cabinets! What seemed to start off great has now turned into a never ending nightmare... The contractor CTG hired is absolutely terrible! Cabinets were installed unlevel, cabinets installed in the wrong location and they actually installed one upside down! We were missing fillers and crown, that should've been included on the original order...then told we would need to pay an additional 3k to get them. It took over 3 months to finally install the cabinets (correctly)...just for them to dent our brand new oven and microwave. Nobody else to complain to...since the sales guy was also the store manager. I've reached out to the corporate customer support now three times in the last 4 months...they opened a case# up and said someone would be calling me back, still no response... I did not hear from customer service on how they were going to resolve this issue then I got an email stating that they're going to ship out my items urgently today, June 7 I am being told that two of the items are on backorder and it's gonna take several weeks before I get my replacement parts and cabinets, honestly I don't know how this company is still in business. The process started out simple enough. One thing that put me off was that I was asked to post a review when planning to get free items. I am guessing that is why their are a lot of 5 star reviews. Planning was easy and the we were super excited as the cabinets even arrived early. The installers arrived as scheduled. The installers were courteous and knowledgable. As they began assempbling our kitchen a few pieces were broken straight out of the box. They explained that a warranty part would be ordered. Great, no problem. On day 3 we were informed that their were not enough parts to complete the kitchen. Because the planning included 24" deep wall cabinets, we were not upset. Sure we would buy the extra parts they needed. However, when we went into the store to order the parts almost $2000 in additional labor was added. When I questioned this additional labor, I was told it was for customization. I tried to explain to the sales person that the customization was included in writing on our orginal sale. However, I was told that the original sale did not include tops on our cabinets? Are you kidding? The renderings all showed cabinets with tops. So we have a half completed kitchen, missing and broken parts as well as an unauthorized charge for labor on my credit card. AT this point I would not reccomend Cabinets to Go to anyone. I did reach out to the corporate office, who said they would address it. The manager did try to reach out to me Saturday at 5:38 pm. UNfortunately we were out eating dinner because we do not have a functioning kitchen. As of right now my credit card was charged for labor that I expressly told them I was not willing to pay. Furthermore, I feel like they really try to scam you since this is the second time they hit me up for extra labor. The firtst time I just paid it thinking they made a mistake. That cost me an additional $900. We ordered a toltal of 36 cabinets plus fillers and panels. I should have researched the process a little more as the industry standard for installation is $150-$300 per cabinet. we paid $341 per cabinet for installation ffore they tacked on an addtional 2K. NOw the install cost is $386 per cabinet and that does not include demo, electric, plumbing, or apparently tops to your cabinets. I ordered $4000 worth of Cabinets and countertop and received them in half open packaging went to return them because I wasn't able to use them as the products were wrong. I was told that they couldn't accept it because the packaging wasnt original. They lied and told me the product got rained on when i had stored it inside and transported back to them under cover..They pretty much told me to go screw myself. We purchased our walk-in closets cabinets back in June it's now December we're still waiting for them to finish the cabinets to be installed. We waited for them to grow the tree and delivered the cabinets now we're still waiting for them to install it. We paid them upfront including the installation.The last cabinet was a back order after months of calling and visiting their store they finally got someone to call me and schedule the installation. Absolute nightmare of an experience. I have been without a kitchen for 4+ months due to this company. First our installer disappeared on us. Then 4 cabinets arrived broken. I requested the cabinets be replaced, however they were unwilling to replace the damaged product they sent me, and instead elected to send me "replacement parts" They sent wrong inferior non-fitting parts - twice over the course of a month and a half, further delaying my kitchen. In addition their professional mis-measured my cabinets resulting in cabinets too small for the given space - a mistake cabinets to go refused to honor, and instead made us buy more cabinets. Still letting people know how horrible cabinets to go really is. If you dont check every item you're being billed for they will over bill you and charge you for things you really didnt receive. Their cabinets arent all that to begin with. They tell you all wood but in reality not so. Their installation crew did a horrible job. I am writing this after just canceling my order. I initially went into the store about two weeks ago. My critique begins with Cabinets to Go's deceptive and misleading business practices. I was quoted $3000 for a dual sink vanity. The estimator came out to take measurements. As he was wrapping up, I inquired if he was going to take measurements for the sinks and faucets (which I have purchased on my own). The estimator informs me that his company only handles the boxes and the countertop is another company that would reach out to me after his portion of the job is done. He also mentioned a 4 to 6 week lead time on the countertop. Additionally, while I had paid for install that only covered putting the new boxes in place, nothing else. Removing the current vanity was extra, removing the mirror (because the new vanity is taller) is extra, reinstalling the outlet that is already there is extra, reconnecting the pipes under the sink is extra, and whatever else comes in the process I'm sure would have been extra. Naturally after seeing the quoted price on this project skyrocket, I called to cancel the order. At this point I was informed there would be a restocking fee. I was a little confused considering I don't understand how I pay a restocking fee on nothing. Since the measurements were just taken yesterday, and the lead time on the countertop, nothing could have been constructed. Again what exactly are you restocking? The person I was speaking with at this time scrambled to find a logical answer, and ultimately went back to the contract I signed. I explained that the contract I signed was based on the premise that once the installers left I would have a fully working vanity in my bathroom. Just to be transparent, the contract does state that eletrical, plumbing, etc is at the homeowners expense. However, my issue is that it was never clearly stated that the necessary work required to use the vanity is extra, and is contracted out through other companies. There is no mention of their rates or availability. I share this to warn any potential customers since Cabinets to Go does not fully disclose all the extras that will quickly drive up the cost of your project. I would avoid doing business with their company due to their inability to ethically represent the process the customer is engaged in read more

Update 11/21/17 The cabinets are now falling apart due to poor construction! I called to have an upper cabinet replaced and it is back ordered. They "hope" to get a shipment in by the end of the week. No idea when they will actually be shipped. Meanwhile, I have my plates and bowls sitting on the table. The cabinets also chip easily, and we already have touch ups to do after only 2 months of normal use. The worst part are the drawer slides. They are cheap quality plastic that move back and forth. Every time we open a drawer it gets moved off center, causing the soft close mechanism to not work properly and the doors to look misaligned / off level. Using Cabinets to Go has been the worst decision for this remodel. I wish I could take it back. It has caused so much stress, ruined our timeline, and caused us additional money due to the delays. I just completed installation of your "cheap" product line of shaker style cabinets. In summary, I would never buy this brand again. The crap is made in Malaysia. Having worked in Asia for years, Malaysia imports chinese labor which is completely illiterate. Their work quality is horrible. I have a list of over 25 Chinese/ Malaysia products that have failed. And now I added Cabinets to Go to my list - that I share with everyone I can. The cabinets are made out of saw dust and glue. Stiles on the cabinet doors are made from compressed cardboard. This is pure crap! You got to be kidding me! I paid over $2,200 for 10 cabinets and this is what I get? The hinges on these cabinets are SH-ABC brand.....made in China. They don't have vertical adjustment. A single hinge has slotted and non-slotted holes for vertical adjustment. You can't have both working in tandem. It doesn't work. Either they are slotted or they're not. Use a higher quality hinge that employs mechanical vertical adjustment. There's many brands out there with this feature. The hinge locations in the doors are provided with pilot holes. The locations vary making alignment of double door cabinet doors impossible, especially the way the hinges are designed. The instructions? Obviously the management of cabinets to go never assembled the cabinets using the instructions. They are incomplete and inaccurate. STOP SELLING OUT THE US TO THE ASIANS, resulting in us spending hard earned money and receiving horrible products that are crap! Never again will I buy this product and I'll be sure to tell all my contractor friends to buy elsewhere. read more

TI just got my kitchen cabinets installed that, because of tIme constraints, were bought at Cabinets to Go. They were actually purchased by my contractor. While the delivery was made in a timely manner, I honestly don't see any reason why that company should exist. The salesman neglected to see that spacing and drawer placement did not work on a functional basis. They could not even offer me the cabinet i wanted and was even able to get at IKEA for my last kitchen. They don't offer (not even for an additional cost!) full width shelves so it's very inconvenient and sometimes painful to access upper shelves on the base cabinets. The functionality of my kitchen is definitely compromised. The kitchen "looks" very nice but it does not work the way I wanted and needed it to. Buyer beware! read more

We bought our cabinets for our very large kitchen (18ftx21ft) in April and have absolutely loved them. They were a piece of cake to build, I built nearly all of them myself and installation was a breeze. The customer service, both at the Adamo store and corporate has always been very attentive and helpful. We did have one cracked door front, but the warranty covered it and service was quick and responsive. We can not say enough good things about this company. The quality of the cabinets are stellar! My husband and I recently renovated our 1989 home. The kitchen was really sad looking. We got quotes for refacing and replacing from several companies. Before deciding on one of those companies we checked out the Tampa Cabinets to Go store. Boy were we glad we did. We made an appointment with Keith and gave him the measurements and layout of our kitchen. Within the hour he created a detailed scale drawing with Cabinets to Go cabinets. We were very impressed with the quality of the cabinets in the showroom. We went with a traditional white raised panel called Aspen White. The price was well below what we would have paid with the other companies and the timeline was great too. We paid a deposit and about a month later we went into the store and met the store manager, Josh to complete our order. We decided to change the cabinets for the island to Kensington Mist at the last minute which wasn't a problem at all. About a week later we had a garage full of cabinets waiting to be assembled. The assembly was quite easy (the unpacking was actually the most difficult part). We did run into a slight snag with a missing sink base and a few panels. A quick phone call was all it took to get the missing items. So I would not recommend this place to buy cabinet. I am going to say this as nice as possible. My parents bought cabinets a couple years ago everything was great Josh was helping them and he knew what he was doing. Well the group in there now are a joke Sandra ordered a bunch of stuff I didn't order try to take it back oh can't take back after 30 days. Fine write that off so we had to order and pay for the wrong thing that she ordered signed receipt on 6/16/2020 sent parents over on 7/14/2020 because I had to pick up yet another piece that she ordered wrong color. Try to return ends that she ordered too many and guess what Matt the manager oh you can't return those you ordered those on the 8th and told corporate the boxes were torn. Well these were in bags that were not open. Funny my receipt where I paid said the 16th. You know I wrote off the other money that she cost me but it is now the principle 40.00 they couldn't refund a lousy 40.00. So beware and plus the quality it not near as good as it use to be spend your money with people that know there job because unfortunately these people do not and once they get your money they could care less about you. read more

Bad, bad, bad. When you see them on Kitchen Crashers on DIY, they show up in a nice truck, assembled, on time. . . not at all the case. OK, I'm fine putting them together and the displays in the store look like good quality cabinets. That's where it ends. The design help was nice, but trying to get ahold of anyone in the store was near impossible - understaffed and ill staffed. Apparently they took my number down wrong twice, took forever to return calls & emails. Then they wanted a deposit, but said the cabinets I wanted won't be in from China for over a month. Not acceptable for a rental remodel. I ordered what was in stock although not at all what I wanted or would match anything else I had ordered for installation. Then I discovered they forgot to include the countertop. That was going to take a couple of weeks too, but I just paid for it outright. Later that day, I found another company that sold similar quality with better soft close hardware on drawers and doors for about the same price and they could deliver within 5 days. I cancelled my CTG orders, but they didn't refund anything. The other cabinets came in 4 days, were a breeze to assemble, all dovetailed, better than RTG, and I got the countertop from another big box store. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention other companies, but Everyday Cabinets and a butcherblock counter (in stock, same day pickup) from Floor & Décor was perfect! BTW, if you go with a butcherblock counter, don't follow CTG advice of using polyurethane. . . use pure tung oil and 50/50 citrus solvent from Milkpaint - food safe, lasts a long time, don't get residue on your counters or your sink (word to the wise). Got them cleaned with lacquer thinner and prayers, luckily, but the kitchen looks awesome! No thanks to Cabinets To Go. read more

He worked through the design concerns we had and came up with solutions for any of our concerns. I thought putting these together would be a real pain but the two us knocked it out in no time.
