I had an unfortunate experience with Samantha of Cabo Real Estate Services. I am not one to post bad reviews but she cancelled my appointment to view homes just before my trip after I sent her some mls listings that I was interested in and some of which were on her website. My price range was under 150 k (I told her that from the beginning ). She sent a super snooty email letting me know her clientele has larger price points and prefer living in communities without locals. I should carry on as she said with a bilingual agent. She has lived here since 2007 and doesn't speak the language ? I want to buy here because I love the culture and the people and I do not tolerate xenophobia. She also told me how much money she makes her and can live like a king in her little world. She never responded after she cancelled on me last minute when I asked if my budget was a factor. I arrived and during my agent search learned she has a reputation and am quite frankly happy my pocket was not deep enough for her business. I found an agent who happened to be more experienced with the area and who is actually a bilingual expat bad ass woman who built her own home here. She found me an amazing condo walking distance to downtown San Jose in my price range. I suggest to anyone looking for an agent to not choose the one with the most yelp reviews here in Los Cabos.
