We stayed at the further building away from the lobby, but it was easy to get to our rooms. I know people talked about their experience being upsold on time share, we did not have the same experience, probably because we had a toddler and they knew better. Staff was attentive and friendly to our child. One of our adults got sick during our stay and they customized some room delivery for us. Overall, we have a good time, and would recommend this to others.
