I have only tried on something one time and ended up not buying the item. The employees are always nice and ready to help. The store is so neatly organized. I just don't care for the clothing anymore. I have browsed their site for Spain and still see things I like. We received store credit and were able to find several items that she wanted instead, as well as purchase a few more items at this store. The staff was helpful in showing her new styles and bringing them to the dressing room for her to see. The store display was very well done utilizing accents and organizing outfits that worked well with the accessories. We will be back.
