Then I was told it would be over $13,000.00 and I was drugged a bit and was told I could pay $313 a month until paid, which equates to live time at my age. Finally April of 2022 I will have this ripe off paid for and over and out. I say ripe off for this reason. After that I was told I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled and Dr Jirik (Jerk) told his nurses, as he walked out of the room waving his hand, to set her up for 3 crowns???????? Needless to say I haven't been back since that day and I did write a review and Becky the head secretary ( I like her a Lot ) called me and asked me to take my review down....I did then but now that I no longer owe them...I'm done and I'm writing and posting my experience. I eventually had a wisdom tooth that was bugging me and I chose this dentist because they do sedation dentistry. I have an insane fear of dentists so sedation was a must for me. After having my wisdom teeth removed and becoming familiar with the staff, I fell even more in love with this dentist. Everyone is super nice and clearly loves their job. They go out of their way nearly constantly to make sure I feel comfortable. They redid my top row of teeth (the area of my greatest concern and insecurity) and completely changed the way I feel about myself. They taught me how to take care of my teeth and showed me exactly what to use for the best results. Everyone that sees my teeth can't believe they aren't my real teeth at all. They genuinely made teeth that looks like I was born with them and I feel like a whole new person. I absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great dentist with staff who are prepared for it all. Thank you guys for giving me my life back!

The billing process is awful! The insurance I have has an allowance, it covers everything until the…read moreallowance is depleted. They refused to accept this and said I had to pay. Once the insurance paid I would get a refund. I had to call several times to get my refund. They sent me the refund, then there was a $40 refund due from several years back. They said they had to send it to "the original payment form". That was from a checking account that had been CLOSED for some time earlier. I told them this several times. They said that sent it to the closed account and never received it back from said back. Called the bank (closed account) the bank said they never received it! So arguing with them about this, along with the fact that they sent me a check for a refund and then turned around and stopped payment on that check so it bounced and I had to pay a service fee on top of it. I will NEVER use Aspen Dental again.

I arrived with all my "THINGS" my self blanket, my worry stone, head phones with the loudest rap I have and a bandana to cover my eye. This whole office made me as comfortable as I was going to get. I was in an out in an hour. The wonderful hygienest made sure my eyes stayed coved and head phones on!! I had to wait till Oct for an appointment but was put on a call list. I did have to turn down two appointment before this one due to my own scheduling. Definitely worth the wait and I happy to say Dr. Patrick fields will now be my Dentist!​

Grey and her staff dismissed what my daughter was saying and just gave her a shot in mouth to alleviate pain! Went and got a second opinion and not only did they need to work on that cap but it was time to get her wisdom teeth pulled! mind you we were just in dr. Grays office two days before I found out that she even needed to have her wisdom teeth cut out so how can I say what's under her cap or not when you haven't even done an x-ray and obviously you didn't cuz you didn't know about her her wisdom teeth!
