Today 2/27/26, her appointment was scheduled for 1220pm, its now 1pm, and we have yet to see the provider. Orthodontist does great, but staffing and front counter staffing stinks. Front counter staffing should be aware of the long wait times and advise patients of this as well as offer to move appointments if the wait is too long.
