The billing process is awful! The insurance I have has an allowance, it covers everything until the…read moreallowance is depleted. They refused to accept this and said I had to pay. Once the insurance paid I would get a refund. I had to call several times to get my refund. They sent me the refund, then there was a $40 refund due from several years back. They said they had to send it to "the original payment form". That was from a checking account that had been CLOSED for some time earlier. I told them this several times. They said that sent it to the closed account and never received it back from said back. Called the bank (closed account) the bank said they never received it! So arguing with them about this, along with the fact that they sent me a check for a refund and then turned around and stopped payment on that check so it bounced and I had to pay a service fee on top of it. I will NEVER use Aspen Dental again.

After almost 2 hours of x-rays, panoramics, gum examination and cancer screening I was ushered to the office to speak w Melissa regarding my treatment plan. I informed her that I was there to get a filling replacement, she told me that I needed thousands of dollars of work done. I told her that I needed to get my filling replaced.. that I was uncomfortable and working the next 6 days.. please get it done today. She told me that was impossible since I just WALKED IN OFF THE STREETS! I had an appointment and they knew that was what I was there for. This clinic is FAKE. Everyone walks around speaking like they are in a commercial....they are not there for patient care. Unprofessional and lack compassion and are ONLY after money. I left crying in pain. I arrived with all my "THINGS" my self blanket, my worry stone, head phones with the loudest rap I have and a bandana to cover my eye. This whole office made me as comfortable as I was going to get. I was in an out in an hour. The wonderful hygienest made sure my eyes stayed coved and head phones on!! I had to wait till Oct for an appointment but was put on a call list. I did have to turn down two appointment before this one due to my own scheduling. Definitely worth the wait and I happy to say Dr. Patrick fields will now be my Dentist!​
