I was referred to CACC because of a painful, but self-limiting condition. I'd had little help from physical therapy in the past, but my orthopedic doctor told me it was crucial for my recovery. At each session I was re-taught exercises I'd been taught the previous week. The therapist left me to do repeated exercises, while they checked their phone, other patients, or just chatted loudly with others. I'm also not a fan of the community style room and being juggled with other patients. One appointment, I overheard another patient say, "see you in a few days." The writing was on the wall for me. This would be weeks or months of the very same thing. Or I could just do these same exercises at home and save my time and money. I understand that some conditions truly do require ongoing therapy, but CACC is definitely not the right place for me. read more

I've intentionally waited a bit before sharing this forthcoming negative review for this establishment, however, I'm motivated to share now in case this helps anyone else save their time. I was referred to CACC by my PCP for mild shoulder tendinitis. This was my first experience with PT and while I didn't know what to expect, this place didn't meet the mark. For starters, it's not guaranteed that who you're scheduled with actually leads your appt. Noting that when I frequented this place it was at a time they had a student intern rotation- which is great- but there was no advance notice of being attended to by a student intern. I found the Clinic Director to not reflect values of the brand (per source materials from the website, CACC comms newsletters, etc) CACC utilized the app Limber which was never updated in a timely fashion. Save your time, pass, or try elsewhere. read more

Not a great place. Mostly for old people and the PT I had was lazy. She did not do any soft tissue work and mostly stuck me with her student. Cost me $250 and I had no improvement in my ankle issue. Frankly, they are lazy PTs. I would go elsewhere. read more

This is a review of the Denver/Lowry location. More positive reviews might be from people that visited other locations. Made an appt with a DPT but was seen by someone that seemed to have no experience; possibly an intern. He offered nothing I didn't already know from 5 minutes of googling. When he failed to send me what he'd promised I called the office. They never sent me my exercise program and never returned my call. The good news for me is that I went elsewhere and very quickly learned what a real PT experience should be. After 2 sessions, I'm miles ahead of where I would have been if I'd stayed at CACC. If you think you're getting what you need at CACC, you're not. Go somewhere else and you'll learn just how weak CACC really is. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the CACC Physical Therapy group in Parker, CO. The front desk staff is spot on with processing insurance claims and appointment scheduling, and the Therapists are awesome! Each time a doctor would send me for therapy in the past several years I knew where I was going CACC on Chambers Ave in Aurora. So after shoulder replacement surgery that's where I headed. The therapists seemed to know their stuff but they were trying to rush as many patients through as possible so it was hard to get them to work with you. The administrative department was where my nightmare was. They submitted the paperwork to extend my therapy wrong so my insurance wouldn't approve enough therapy. They billed the wrong secondary insurance company (VA instead of Tricare for Life) and when the wrong insurance wouldn't pay billed me $480. And when my insurance finally approved more sessions they billed me for two of those sessions. read more

Without a doubt, I would not go anywhere else for physical therapy. The Lowry CACC location has an amazing team that works together to support patients. From the front desk patient coordinator Blair who is always so responsive to phone calls, emails, and in person questions to Leigh, Elliott, Isaac, Brooke, and Maddie who are knowledgeable and communicate in a way that is easy to follow for instructions. I feel supported and cared for under their care. This is an exceptional team that even after I moved closer to a different CACC location, I happily make the drive to the Lowry location because of the team that supports my recovery and the low key environment that is not as loud as other PT clinics I have been to. I partook in therapy here for about a full calendar year, I primarily worked wi the Joe and Isaac, and I want to share my experience. I was somewhat nontraditional, I came in for therapy about 2 years after I had suffered a couple minor weight lifting injuries (right shoulder and lower back) and was dealing with chronic pain for those 2 years. Lifting weights is a huge passion of mine, and these injuries and sources of pain had been interfering greatly with my strength and workouts, which was really hard for me, so I decided to seek out PT. It was a slow process as I began working with Joe. Being so far removed from my injuries, it was hard to fully recreate symptoms and diagnose what the injury actually was. We took a shotgun approach for a while without much progress, and if I'm honest it was frustrating. Eventually we figured out the source, and once that was discovered the progress was awesome! I started experiencing the least pain I had since my injury, and that was really exciting. We began to then focus on my back and it was a similar story. It was slow at first without much noticeable improvement, but in the last months I tried some consistent strengthening movements and in a similar way began to see linear improvement. Very grateful to Joe and Isaac for the time they out in to work on my pain, and not let me give up. I was pretty down in the dumps, feeling I would never be strong again, and now I am hitting lifetime personal records and my moral is through the roof. Thanks to the whole team at CACC. read more

Second time here for my husband's PT. Front desk person not attentive. We walked in and she was shooting the breeze with someone, maybe a patient? We had to ask her to move so we could sign in. Recp't never greeted us just kept talking about her kids afterschool activities. Then as we waited a therapist watched as a patient walked down the hall. The entire time the therapist was eating out of a bag of Doritos and asking questions with her mouth full. WTH? Very unprofessional! read more

Lea didn't help me with my physical therapy, she was always on her phone. She never turn in my paper work in order to get my wheelchair. She was complaining every time that I can't get there because of the snow. read more

Best physical therapy ever. They actually care very much about each patient. Therapist encouraged me to really "do the moves" that have improved my balance, reduced pain & stiffness that has come with age and injury. They also gave me practical exercises I can continue at home. Space is clean and has one of the best views in Parker. Pleasant staff. Option for pool sessions off site with therapist oversight. Definitely ask your doctor to send you here if you need PT. read more

Unorganized and lots of turnover. I went for treatment then the therapist left, it took weeks before the other was hired. Then their machine used for therapy broke and actually burned my arm. I was told they would get a new one but never heard back. Called today and they said no we don't have one and don't plan on getting a new one!? Thanks for the heads up. read more

This place is more focused on seeing as many patients with revenue vs empowering staff that work there to do better. The lady manager is more about building her career than her skill set, which is poor. The best employees that they've had have left due to the constraints of having to see 20+ patients in an 8 hour shift, which is completely overload!! I'm a nurse and believe in quality of care and the education and attentiveness to do better. This isn't the place for you if you want that kind of treatment. I think the manager's name is Ranae? I've heard the way she speaks to people and it's not the way I'd want to be treated as staff, especially when she has a lower degree than the treating therapists she works with; however, she still speaks down to them. Wouldn't hire her as a leader (and I've been in leadership 10 + years) if my career depended on it. I wasn't a patient directly, but a caregiver of a patient who came here often. It was frustrating to see her face based on her treatment of staff and patients. I wish I left a review sooner. read more

Only great things to say about my experiences at CACC. Originally referred by my PCP, I've gone back for other injuries and am always impressed by their teamwork, professionalism, and care for their patients. It's a give and take- Physical Therapy is as much an art as a science. The staff do their best to find what works for you and evaluate therapies along side you as you progress. read more

awful experience. I have lower back pain so I went for Dry needling. I was excited because my friend said she had huge relief. day of appointment, I was met by Joe in the Denver location. He started off by having a disclaimer because the tens machine he was supposed to use was not working and I came in for a service and wanted me to be aware in case I didn't want to continue. That should have been my queue to leave but I wanted the needling desperately. Then we go over to the table.. he didn't offer a room nothing. So I'm on this table with my ass Crack out while I get the treatment. I felt awkward as there were other people and therapist where I was. I put that out of my mind because I wanted the treatment. After the treatment I asked if the machine would be fixed next time. He just look at me and shrugged. I left a message with front desk she was apologetic and was going to have Manager call me. I had a wonderful experience at CACC. Jenny and Karlie greeted me and made me feel right at home. Chris evaluated my knee and was very thorough in explaining to me what caused the source of my pain. He really helped me understand things in my own way. I scheduled an appointment for physical therapy next week and I am looking forward to getting my knee feeling better. I really enjoyed meeting the referral coordinator, Kaylee, and appreciated how attentive she was in helping make my experience run smoothly. CACC was truly helpful in dealing with 2 separate muscular injuries of mine. Their techniques greatly reduced my level of pain, and taught me stretching techniques that I can sneak in at work or throughout my day. One of the greatest takeaways was learning of what was causing my chronic knee pain. After 2 weeks of trying new exercises and 1-on-1 instruction, we finally determined that I had incorrect posture which was what was causing my pain. Not only did CACC treat my symptoms, but they determined the root cause of my pain. read more

Last year my podiatrist recommended that I try physical therapy for my plantar fasciitis (PF) and a bone spur. Long story short, Chelsea (my therapist) taught me stretching exercises that really helped a lot with the PF. Unfortunately, some of them made the swelling and pain of the bone spur worse, but after easing up on some of the exercises that were exacerbating that problem, things went better. I am able to keep the pain and swelling of the PF under control with the exercises I was taught (if only I could make myself do them more regularly!) and the swelling of the bone spur has been almost non-existent (knock wood) for about nine months. I found my therapist, Chelsea (and her assistant whose name escapes me now), to be knowledgeable and friendly. I can't really speak to the prices some other reviewers complained about since my insurance covered all except a co-pay. One thing that I will comment on though, is cleanliness of the equipment. I noticed that the CACC staff were very diligent about cleaning the tables that you laid on and with changing out pillows and pillowcases, but I never saw anyone spraying the exercise equipment between clients' use. One suggestion to them would be to put out spray bottles of disinfectant here and there so the clients can spritz things before and after their usage. read more

Life happens and from time to time that results in injury.... After having surgery on my dominant hand and being devastated from the lack of movement after, my surgeon recommended therapy at CACC. It's located in the same building as the Lowry surgery center and several other doctors' offices. There is lots of parking and the entire facility is very clean. I've been in several times and I can definitely feel the difference in hand flexibility and strength. My physical therapist is Pat and not only has she been doing this for 40 years, over 20 years of that was devoted to hand injuries. Needless to say, she pushes my hand farther than I would on my own but not so far as to cause more pain or injury. I will be back, (twice a week for the next 5 weeks) and a final flexibility follow up review will be coming! read more

Clearly they are in it for the money - not patient care. I was in a car accident and have minor injures that would have benefited from a couple of sessions per the Dr. that I saw after the accident. My auto insurance covers the medical expenses related to the accident, and I was told by my auto insurance (State Farm) that I could go to any clinic and either have them submit the bills directly to my auto insurance; or pay them and get reimbursed. I got the referral to CACC and made my initial consult appointment. For the past week, I was given the run-around and told that they had to have a secondary insurance - but they would not be processing any claims through it. Today when I gave them the secondary insurance information, they again told me that it was not going to be used, they just needed it as information. A couple of hours later, they called and left a voicemail stating that they 'could not treat me' without secondary insurance and that they were cancelling my appointment. Now, if I had extensive injuries that after an initial consult, it was determined would require 10's of thousands of dollars of physical therapy, I could totally understand why they would need secondary insurance. My injuries are not like that - and I have had physical therapy in the past for minor injuries and within a few sessions (10 or less) I am well healed and no further treatments have been needed. But - they didn't even see me for a consult. They merely told me they could not (would not) treat me without secondary insurance without even seeing what kind of treatment was needed. That is a business decision, and one that says they are in it for the money - not actual patient care. My auto insurance covers the expenses - and unless they charge thousands of dollars per session - it would have been sufficient. It would seem that they are NOT concerned with the well being of their patients - rather - perhaps they are wanting to give lengthy treatment plans that may or may not be necessary and max out two insurance plan coverage limits. If you read other reviews - it sounds like they indeed inflate their rates that they charge to insurance companies. I have contacted the referring Dr as well to let them know about this ridiculous experience. You don't deserve the recommendations. read more

Very unprofessional clinic. Physical therapist don't spend much time with you, they just give you an exercise and walk away from you. There's times where I saw 10 patients in a small space like that during a pandemic. Almost no social distancing. I've gotten multiple Calls from the clincial director saying that some of the patient came down with the coronavirus. I will not be going there for physical therapy anymore. read more

This place does not offer one to one therapy . You are told what to do and then left on your own . You are worked on by a DPT for about five mins and then left alone again. Do not try to seek a resolution the operations manager never calls back or responds to emails. This is more of a quick fix than a fixing a underlying issue. I could not of had a better experience. Patrick really took his time with me, explaining my injury and how pain works in the body. He gave me one on one time as well as showed me exercises to do on my own. Scott was awesome as well. He helped me with the exercises and made sure I did them correctly. Neither of them hovered of me, which would have made me uncomfortable. My pain is gone and I feel more confident about how to prevent further injury. The staff was very friendly and I looked forward to seeing them every week. I recommend this location for anyone who needs help with pain. read more

This clinic is always crowded - the equipment is only available for short periods so you can't use it when you need it. Patients only get 20 minutes at the most with the therapist and the rest of the time it's no better than going to the gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you can get time with them, but they seem spread too thin. I would not go the physical therapy here and I would steer my family away from it. Find another place where you have more than 15 minutes with your therapist. read more

If there were a way to give no stars, I would do it. I was a patient of CACC in the past and very recently my partner was a patient there. Recently they decided to start billing through a different company because they could get a higher reimbursement from insurance companies - problem is, the reason they're getting more money is the billing company is charging 2 and 3 x more to the patients! On our bill we actually see a $300 charge for 15 minutes of therapy - and all the descriptions are the same, so why one session is $300 is beyond me! Regardless, all the rates are exorbitant! Lots of competition in Denver - CACC needs to adjust their thinking or they'll lose all their patients! read more

I had an awful experience here with my teenage son. I felt that the focus was not on the client's physical need but the office making as much money as possible. At the first visit the PT ("MS") was 20 minutes late for the appt. and didn't go overtime to make up for it. She hadn't read the referral documents prior to the initial consult so came up with an inappropriate therapy plan, then seemed irritated when I told her that the doctor had ordered something different. I specifically asked that my son NOT be given his therapy by an assistant - at least not in the beginning - but after the intake appt. she was nowhere to be seen (in a difft. room doing intakes) and he spent the whole session with an assistant who juggled 3 patients at a time - running from one to the other. My 13 year old son was told what to do, then was left alone with no supervision (sometimes doing the exercises incorrectly from what I saw) and after finishing he'd stand waiting for up to 5 minutes until the assistant was done working with the other 2 clients and finally came over. And it wasn't just the lack of observation and feedback that worried me but the therapy plan itself was questionable. When I insisted on speaking to the certified PT and requested that she provide a plan more consistent with what the doctor ordered I was told "we'll do that next time" ... twice in a row. Last two complaints: I was told sessions would be 45-60 minutes long but they were just over 30 minutes (with LOTS of waiting time during that 1/2 hour) and I was charged $100 per session rather than the $80 quoted on the phone. HAPPY ENDING: After leaving CACC someone recommended the most outstanding PT imaginable. Check out Justin at Cascade Sports in Arvada. He's incredibly knowledgeable (PhD), creative, reasonably priced, caring, attentive and just plain fun! He's transforming my son's life. No exaggeration. read more

Red flag! When you walk in and not one but two people are screaming in pain and crying hysterically. One visit and I've been dealing with this problem since January and 20 year old injury never addressed. I was told it was a consultation and "Chestin" immediately started treatment. He "tugged" on my leg and immediately sent me into insane pain. Then he said you should feel much better. And laughed when I told him that something was wrong. Then rolled his eyes when I asked about pool therapy. Furthermore if you plan on being there after dark, bring a weapon for protection. But i cannot sleep. My back pain woke me from a dead sleep (only fell asleep because I was in shock). I'm in raging pain and i feel like it was definitely caused by Chestin! I knew I should've turned and walked out when I heard the sounds when I first walked in. Listen to those instincts!!! As a true believer in yoga, I've never thought I'd lean towards surgery. When you have an mri that shows bulging discs and multiple cysts, some large, laying on nerves and attached to nerves, all I ask is you PAY ATTENTION! And when it says no manipulation on the referral??? Don't decide on your own that it's ok. Malpractice!! Worst experience ever! read more

this facility is not worth your time or money or the money your insurance will pay. you see a RPT for your first visit and then they pawn you off of APT (assistant physical therapists) who double and triple book PT appts. so they can bill insurance 2-3 times for the same block of time. their business model is to have you evaluated by an RPT for your first visit and then you dont see an RPT again. this is not good medicine or good care. i called 2 other PT facilities where i will be seen by an RPT at each visit. Had i known this was their business model, i would have never gone there in the first place. and especially, i would never recommend APT, Christy Baird for any type of treatment. she is snarky and rude. her manager will know about her attitude and rudeness. read more

Not only is the staff at this location attentive and helpful, they are also friendly and knowledgeable. I trusted them immediately because of their professionalism and haven't been disappointed in the months I have been a patient. I was encouraged to continue my exercises at home, in between appointments, which helps me maintain strength. For anyone living in Lowry, the location is easily accessible. Finally, my therapists seem genuinely interested in my progress. I highly recommend CACC PT to anyone needing physical therapy currently or in the future. read more

Was looking for physical therapy specifically with graston techniques. Did research, found this place, and their website says they offer graston at Lowry location. After calling and spending 15 min on the phone setting up my appt and of course giving my insurance info, they come back on and say "were sorry, nobody here does graston". Ummmmmm......ok, thanks.....I guess.......for wasting my time. Get it together people. One would expect a therapy/medical clinic like this to be more professional. Guess not. read more

After pulling my MCL and waiting more than 2 weeks for my doctor just to tell me I needed PT, I wanted to find the best I could. I have Kaiser insurance with a stupid high deductible, so either way, I would be paying out of pocket. So I chose to go to CACC after a close friend recommended them. Since I was self pay, I only had enough for six sessions. I also play hockey and was eager to get back on the ice. The super helpful and knowledgeable staff, including Chelsea and Marriam were super eager to take on the challenge of getting my knee back to hockey shape. I didn't want your normal run on the mil get me walking again, I needed coaching and knowledge with an athletic edge. That's just what I got, each session got me further and further to my goal, and by the end of week 6, I was back on the ice playing hockey. And everything I learned and the exercises I did helped me feel stronger on my mountain bike too. I continually perform the exercises recommended by CACC to get even stronger than before my knee injury. Thanks again for the great treatment and knowledge. I am recuperating from a reconstructed ACL, PCL and MCL and have been going to physical therapy here for two months. I started therapy with a lot of apprehension and fear and have found the therapists to be so kind, understanding and knowledgeable. They maintain the ability to push me without my realization and I leave every session feeling better than when I walked in. Between the therapy and the motivation, I have progressed much further than I thought I would at this point. I would highly recommend this group of therapists, particularly Tamra, Jerry and Kaitlyn!
