If you come from a place that has real Italian food then you'll be disappointed in this place. Touted as authentic Italian food, this place tried but honestly falls short in every category. pizzas were ok. you can't really mess one up, but the calzone was mostly bread with only a small amount of toppings inside. when I asked for a side of marinara to dip the calzone in, it took forever and some strange amalgamation of creamy sauce came out after 10 minutes and food was almost finished by time it came out. also from the moment we walked in the servers, manager and staff all were quite put off by our arrival. we didn't have a reservation and they made quite a big deal out of it. then during our meal every male server and manager came by and was quite rude to me. with women they were very smiley and nice, but literally every time they looked at me (a man) they were put off by everything I asked and really I didn't ask for much. some more water and some sauce for calzone. also they charged us $15 for regular tap water. literally charged us for drinking regular, not bottled or sparkling, water. to their credit the food did not take long to get which was about the only nice thing. other than that I would not find a reason to return, especially when there are so many other restaurants in the area. read more

EAT HERE!!!! Best Italian food!!! Visiting from LA, and this is the BEST Italian food I've EVER tasted (Sorry Nonna)..... Being Italian, and living in California, I've had my fare share of Spaghetti Carbonara but this, is the best. I am going recommend this restaurant to anyone who asks me about authentic Italian food & visiting London. My Husband got the Rustic Pizza, and that was just amazing. I normally love my crust pretty toasted and thin, this wasn't toasted to my normal liking but it was better than any pizza ever.. Just go here. You won't be disappointed. We are staying at the Think or now Go Native serviced flats across the street. We came here for breakfast last week and had dinner here tonight. The breakfast last week it's quite nice. Dinner tonight was better. I pretty much have linguine vongole at every Italian restaurant i go to. Here it was on the oily side but very tasty. A little on the pricy side for what it is but the ambiance & service make it worth it. read more

Breakfast is an absolutely MUST. Eggs brought in from Italy. Makes a huge difference. Husband ate eggs benedict. As a connoisseur of eggs benedict, he said it ranks among the best around the world. Good Italian food. Cute, cozy place but if you sit toward the back, it's hot! That's where the pizza oven is. We had the house white and house red which were fine. I had the carbonara and my husband had the salmon. Both were tasty and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Nice atmosphere! read more

Good food; good portions; reasonable prices. My family had the Tagliatelle Bolognese, Tagliolini with crab, prawns, tomato, spring onions and chili, and Prosciutto crudo di palma e olio tartufato (pizza). All were good; the pizza was generously covered in prosciutto. Only thing we didn't like was the minestrone soup. It wasn't what we were used to in California. I was shocked that this restaurant did not have a yelp page yet! We had ordered from Cacciari's many times because they run a wonderful delivery business but this was my first time to the actual restaurant and I was shocked. The ambiance of this restaurant is absolutely stunning and top-notch, especially surprising for such affordable prices. I love how there is a huge view into the kitchen area and where the pizza oven is. The pizzas are a bit large for one person, but I would recommend getting one each and then bringing the leftovers home because it also tastes great warmed up! Please give this restaurant a chance, because you won't be disappointed. read more

We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and two tortellini bolognese orders for room delivery to Go Native Kensington. They were pretty good, about average for our home area, but not much bolognese...and a very light portion for the price. The pizza was a bit better. No napkins, no silverware, the menu was old so many items didn't exist anymore. Maybe this all qualifies as 5 stars for UK, I'm still rating on California scales. read more

Wanting something different from pub food during our trip, our hotel concierge recommenced this place for tasty Italian food. Since my mother is from Italy, the bar was set high; and they didn't disappoint. The spaghetti carbonara and the tortellini bolognese were delicious and you can tell the pasta is homemade. We split bruschetta starter and a mixed salad, both of which did the job for tastiness and sharing. Because it was a special Friday night we split the decadent chocolate dessert. But on a next visit, we'd like to try the pizza -- looked amazing. Nice to speak Italian with the restaurant owner to hear his immigrant story - very friendly place and entire staff! This place was good, but not great, for a Saturday night dinner. When we got in, they did not have any tables available, and we were sat at the bar, which really is our fault for thinking we didn't need a reservation. Service could have been better. Barman was clearly in training, but seemed too occupied with the UberEats orders coming in and providing drinks for the rest of the restaurant to provide attentive service. Maître d' was apologetic for slow service, although it wasn't particularly slow in the first place. Bruschetta starter was good, but needed salt and pepper. Carbonara pasta was overly rich and sticky, but the flavor was good overall. Girlfriend's bolognese was much better. Pasta dishes were well portioned. Wine selection was good, but no one knew anything about how they tasted. Overall, a very mediocre experience. I would look elsewhere for an excellent Italian dinner in this city. read more
