Terrible service and terrible quality. I made an appointment but still had to wait over an hour after the appointment time to be seen. They stuck me in a pedicure chair with water that was scalding hot that, even after I brought it to their attention, they did not remedy. But, but by the time a technician actually attended to me, it was cold. And then the wax for the deluxe manicure was so boiling hot that I yanked my hand out immediately and wouldn't let them do the other. When I peeled the wax off my hand (which I had to do myself), my hand was red from the too-hot wax. Terrible service, terrible quality, they do not care about their customers. I tried this nail shop based on the previous Yelp reviews and the five stars don't lie! I've been going to the same nail salon for the last 17 years and I just may have found a replacement! I had a deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure and left feeling fully pampered. They used "collagen gloves" on my hands and three hours and several hand-washings later, my hands are still baby soft! The place was spotless, they use pedicure tub liners, and the staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely go back and see Kelly and Vin! read more

Very nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly! The regular pedicure was relaxing and the massaging of legs and feet was fantastic. I had a mani and some facial waxing done as well (different lady than my pedi) and she too did a fantastic job with massaging my hands fingers and arms. Great full service clean and upscale designed salon with a super friendly staff who take care of you with with Spa like standards. The prices are extremely reasonable for the great quality of service and the quality of the products used. They do a great job on every service they offer. If you are looking for a great nail salon in this general area then I highly recommend Cache. The staff is very experienced and knowledgable in many up to date services and design options. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Kelly and her staff are the sweetest and most talented girls around. I got the gel manicure and it will definitely last you 3 weeks! The pedicures last even longer. I mentioned to Kelly that I couldn't move my neck and she gave me an amazing neck massage while i had my manicure. You could spend the whole day here and get all your needs met from facials to nails to waxing and massage. This is also a great place for ladies night out or birthday parties. I love this nail salon so much! It's so close to my house and super convenient!! Kelly is awesome and always does my nails fabulously, but every person I've had here is great! If you ever want a great mani/pedi come here! You can get added services like paraffin or hot stone massages on your legs. They also do extended shoulder rubs, facials and eyebrows. I recently relocated to Georgia and as any girl would do the first thing was to look for a good mani/pedi place. I decided to come to this place based on the reviews. Looks like I will the the first one posting a bad review. First off the place is dirty form the salon itself to the tools they use on your nails.From the moment you walk in there is a very small selection of nail polish both regular and gel. The polish in the bottles looks old as majority of the bottles had that distinct separation that happens when it's time to replace it. When I looked for gel polish the bottles were empty and sticky to the touch. Then you have to wait while soaking your feet and someone does your pedi while someone else does your mani. To me that's an inconvenience because I like consistency and I am a loyal customer to the person that takes care of my nails. Second of all it strange to have a dirty pillow in your lap plus two dirty towels that should be white but they're grayish. Because of the awkward position the technician was working on my fingernails my nails are not done evenly. My pedicure is a disaster in it's self. I can paint my toenails way better! There was an older lady that did my pedicure and even though she was sweet she did a horrible job! The massage was awful and she barley covered my toenails with a hot cloth not even wrapping my feet with a hot towel. The girl that did my nails did a little better then the person that did my pedi. I'm trying to attach some pics of the bad polish on toes. Do not waste your time and money! read more

Have been going here for 3 years, but due to a recent move I only stop in when I'm in the area. I am never disappointed with the way my nails look! Tried the SNS gel nail (have vitamin E and calcium) with acrylic tips today and I highly recommend them. The guy who did my nails was amazing and explained the process fully when I asked. The prices are great the staff is great. I was there at about 11:45 am on a Thursday and they had a lot of clients in there, yet they accommodated anyone who walked in. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! I wanted to give 0 stars but did not have an option. You will get an excellent service if you are a white. Others including Asians ( lol ) will get a substandard treatment .The difference is evident in the welcome you receive the moment you enter. Kelly the owner's wife is SO RUDE I am appalled that they are still in business. I had asked for a Matte finish with a nail art. Simple black vertical and horizontal line on 2 fingers. The lady who helped me struggled with the art but I was like OK... I understand . These are hard working people and I am fine if things are a little messed up as long as you are willing to fix. My problem is with the owner Kelly who acted as though they were fine when you could see black paint smeared on 4 on my nude painted nails. She tried to fix one nail and put a wrong coat on it and asked me to leave. That is when I had to pull her to the side and show her if she thinks these look right. She signed and whined and yelled at the lady who worked on my nails and finally fixed it. All in all a very bad experience. The women all seem overworked and disgruntled. read more

I've been going to Cache for several years. Kelly, the owner, is very meticulous and the ladies that work here are all very nice. Not a high rate of turnover-everyone knows my name when I come and they ask about my family, friends, etc. Love this salon.
