I didnt realize how much I had spent until I had confirmed and paid. IT WAS $80! For a stay at home mom that was crazy! I cancelled that Sh%t! For it being a Sunday every place was closed in Oklahoma. I looked every where online because I live in California and really wanted to do something nice for her! I finally found Lawton Floral West. They were closed from what the website showed BUT they had a website! I love ordering online its very convenient for me. Ordering online was hassle free, it was very easy to look at what they had and the check out was very simple and the price was perfect! Our Aunt did a video call to show me and they were stunning! I am someone who loves flowers so seeing the job they created just made my day! I was worried since it was my first time, I was worried that some who be dead or not healthy. But they were perfect! It was easy to order online and have them sent to the church for the service. Sunday delivery was unavailable so I put the order in for Saturday so they'd be at the Sunday viewing, but then I got a phone call from Stacy. She was super nice and explained that they are receiving other orders for my friend's funeral and all will be delivered Monday morning so everything is set up for the funeral service scheduled for Monday at 10 AM. I appreciated her calling and I also appreciated her explaining everything to me and the plans for delivery. I hope the Peace Lilly is beautiful and I hope to get a report back from friends that are attending the service. Five stars for helpful and kind customer service by Stacy.

Here's why they get 5 stars-…read more I needed to send some flowers. I needed to send them same-day. Yes, I was a little behind with my personal organization skills...but it was a necessary last-minute purchase. It was my mother's birthday...and my wife reminded me of that fact. I browsed the florists/flower delivery options in the Altus area. The only one I found with a decent rating (and only 1 review) was The Blossom Shop. Sometimes you just can't tell with only 1 review if the service/quality will be consistent or not. But, I didn't have much of a choice - so I trusted. The ease of ordering off of their website was as good as it gets. Before I completed the order, I called the shop just to make sure everything was good & that the arrangement could be delivered same-day (just like the order screen indicated). The nice lady on the phone informed me that one flower pictured on the website in the arrangement I chose was not in stock. She offered a replacement flower - to which I agreed. Then she assured me that the delivery would go out "soon." After a little over an hour, I checked back with the shop & they had already delivered the arrangement! I double checked with my mom just to be sure. She confirmed that it had indeed been delivered & she loved it! Yay! I would not recommend Naturescape for French drains. We had one and it did not work. For over 5…read moremonths, they would not remove their drain which was actually a solid PVC pipe which never drained in spite of some of the heaviest rains in Lawton including over 9 inches in one hour in June. I would not recommend Naturescape for plants installed as part of landscaping. We had over 5 plants die in spite of adequate water. Their design insured that our garden is always wet because of a very heavy weed mat. We requested replacement of 5 flagstones and no delivery inspite of several phone calls, text messages, e-mails, and a certified letter. NO RESPONSE other than a one hour visit in June, but did nothing. "Too busy" or "Working on another job" or "Call back next week to see about scheduling" are common responses. Save your time and money and don't use Naturesca
