I will never visit the shop again. Found out later it was the owner. She was so rude and disrespectful to an employee in front of me and my family! I was visiting with family from out of town and we purchased quite a few gifts from there. If you are going to get onto employees, please do it privately and smile and acknowledge customers when they leave instead of giving them dirty looks. You lost my business. :( read more

I ordered flowers for our daughter-in-laws birthday thru FTD who chose Flowers By Ramon. They were 4 days late being delivered. The delivered flowers looked nothing like the flower arrangement I ordered. It looked like someone just took the flowers and stuffed them in a vase. Plus they attached a card saying " our thoughts and prayers are with you during your recovery". It should have said "Happy Birthday". read more

The flowers they used we're dry and wilted. they must think they are saving money by not throwing away so much product. There's saving, and then there's shoddy. And I ordered for my nieces Confirmation in Catholic Church. Lorie on phone mistook what I said to mean Baptism. I asked if she could make sure the card said Confirmation, not Baptism. She said 'whatever it is' 'we will make it right.' the card was correct, but as I said, the flowers could have been better. Wouldn't hurt for them to have more knowledge about denominations and religions in the area. There are hundreds of Christian denominations in the area. also secular , Muslim, atheist, etc. read more

I don't buy flowers here. But they sure have nice ones. Good people too. What I do buy from them--religiously--are their Tyler candles. Hands down the best scents. And they hold their scents. You can buy all kinds of things that tie into Tyler brand. A must if you want a candle. Better than yankee candles. They also have a chocolate bar inside. And an area with other gifts. A fridge has a few ads up bouquets. They have good flowers. Ramon still runs it. It's been in lawton forever so you know they are good! read more

This place has a little bit of everything, it isn't just flowers. They carry Tyler candles and Consuela and lot of other gift-y things. (Really good chocolate too) Staff is super nice and helpful, and the flower arrangements they had on display were beautiful! read more

The last time I received flowers from here, the flowers looked like they were on the verge of a quick death. The last 3 times the girls here at work received flowers they were either broken and/or dying. ALSO, one of my close friends went inside to buy and the lady(who is the owner), was talking behind the desk as my friend was waiting patiently. The owner continued to ignore the customer. Finally my friend said, "Excuse me", the owner looked over and said, "can't you see I'm talking?" My friend walked out. WORST customer service & HORRIBLE quality flowers. My husband ordered me anniversary flowers. I received a bouquet that was half wilted. I called the very next day and received a very helpful gentleman that stated he would fix the issue. I waited all day to receive my replacement flowers. I called at 4pm and was told they were waiting on their flower shipment and finally delivered the flowers at 530pm. You could tell they just threw the flowers together. It was sloppy!! Not to mention I received a $30 dollar bouquet for the steep price of $90 bucks!!! Will never use again!!! read more

I was making a gift basket for a small family and needed to put something in the basket for the husband. I decided to stop at Ramon's because it was in route to the office. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I asked the girl if they had any gifts for men. She showed me a few gifts they had and suggested gourmet food for the basket. I found the perfect candle for his office and also chose some of the gourmet food. As I was waiting for her to go to the back to get the sausage and cheese, I observed the store. The quality of the gifts being sold was excellent and a there was a big variety to choose from. However, the atmosphere was more of a mom and pop store. Everyone was very helpful and an older gentlemen was giving out flowers to the customers for free to get rid of them instead of letting them go to waste. This florist totally nailed it. Best price in town and the flowers look great. I asked them to tweak my order a tidbit after I had already paid and checked out. They accommodated my needs without hesitation and hit a grand slam. I will be going with Ramon's flowers for all my needs in the Lawton area forever and will always recommend this place I can't thank them enough. I stopped by several days earlier before the ceremony - describing again Wreaths with surrounding flowers ! This what I got , 1 hour before the ceremony , I was embarrassed - Mad ! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day from Ramon's House of Flowers in Lawton, Oklahoma. I chose the *upgrade* option when I placed my order because I liked the bouquet and wanted it to be big and beautiful for Mother's Day. Sadly, they were not even close. They looked like something that had been picked out of a field and dropped in a vase. I called... and was told that they would be picked up and "corrected". Not only was the florist rude... the "corrected" version is not much better and still not even close to what the on-line picture shows. This is a very big misrepresentation and a very big disappointment. I tried calling a second time to complain but the number for this florist is now "disconnected" (it has been less than 4 hours since my first phone call to them). I am dissatisfied beyond words and can't believe I paid $80.00 for the joke of a bouquet that was delivered. read more

My Granddaughter was graduating from High School this past week and I wanted to get her some roses. I decided to go to Ramon's because I felt that the roses would be of better quality and last longer than if I went to Walmart or some other chain store. I picked out some shaded orange ones,they were beautiful-for one day. I bought them on Thursday afternoon, by Friday they had fully opened and by Saturday started drooping. For the price I paid ( $56.00 for 6 roses and a balloon), I really expected them to last longer. Next time I guess I will go to the chain store. read more

On the day of my graduation (a few years ago), my mother had forgotten the bouquet of roses she wanted to present me after the ceremony. In a hurry, we pulled into Ramon's and not having been a customer before, thought they might have a bouquet on-hand. We walked in, to this practically empty store, to find a woman behind the counter having a conversation to either a friend or customer. I walked up to the counter and waited until their conversation was done to ask if they had any available flowers. Instead, the woman behind the counter turned to me and in a very annoyed tone, asked what I needed and literally put her finger up to me and told me I'd have to wait, she was busy, and turned back to her conversation. After a few moments of me just staring at her, bewildered by her attitude, she finished her conversation and "attempted" to assist us. By then, I just turned around and walked out. To this day, I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. I would recommend finding your flowers at walmart before giving this terrible woman your money. read more
