On Christmas Eve 2025 around 5:30 PM, we were shopping in this strip center. Every other business had a clear sign on the door stating they were closing early and listing the time. This shoe store had no sign or notice at all. As soon as we walked in, the manager (name starts with a C) rudely said, "We're closing in 5 minutes," in a very dismissive tone, then turned around and walked away. No greeting, no courtesy, no explanation. We weren't the only ones treated this way--other customers were clearly put off by his attitude as well. Because of this, we took our business down the street instead of spending money here. After Christmas, we returned to finish my shopping and asked the employees about this manager. Unfortunately, they had nothing positive to say about him either, which says a lot. If there had been a simple sign stating the early closing time and a more respectful approach, this wouldn't have been an issue. We've driven all through Dallas and even all the way to San Antonio to find the rare sneakers and this amazing store was within 5 miles of my home! A definite hidden gem. A good amount of "Rare" to choose from... from kids to adult. They also have regular getting around town shoes and clothing galore!
