I recently purchased a pair of AirMax from this location and the airbubble popped on the left shoe. I am not sure what happened, but I cannot see any hole or visible damage to the shoe. If I had to guess its probably weight related. I am not the most athletic guy despite my choice in athletic shoes lol. Ok here is what happened, I went in today to purchase a new pair of shoes around 1:00pm 9.9.2022. I was greeted by one of the associates who very professionally asked me if they could help? I stated yes I am looking for a new pair of shoes and explained my shoe situation. Never once did I mention or ask for a refund, however the associate mentioned that since the shoes were not that old that I should speak to the Manager and see if there was anything they could do, after all what could it hurt and I just paid $160.00 for these shoes. A few minutes later, I was met on the aisle by Kristen one of the Managers on duty. She asked me how she could help so I explained the situation. I could tell by her body language that she instantly was looking for a way out of the situation. She asked me to take of my shoe so she could inspect it. I said ok no problem right here in the aisle with customers she said yes. What she didnt know is that these are my work shoes, I wear them 12hrs a day and they could be stinky. But I took the shoe off and handed it to her. She looked at the shoe and instantly stated are you sure you bought these a month ago, it looks like the tread is pretty much gone? I stated yes and that my job requires me to stand and walk for 12hrs a day around 7-10 miles daily. She stated that she did have the ability to refund or exchange the shoes but it was up to her descretion. At this point she is making me feel like I am trying to manipulate her or that I purposely sabotaged the shoe to get a new free pair. She asked me what where I worked and I stated a warehouse here in Terrell. She then stated dont you know your not supposed to wear these type of shoes in a warehouse, that you could have stepped on a nail or anything could have happened. I kept thinking about how I was not the one who brought up speaking to her and that it was just a recommendation. I was made to feel like a criminal who somehow was trying to mastermind this plan to swindle her Nike outlet for replacment shoes. As I stood there with my Gift card for Nike inhand that I won in a raffle from my job, I just wanted out of the situation. Kristen stated let me call my hire up's and see if they are willing to do anything for you. I dont think she noticed that I was only one aisle over after a few minutes and I overheard something along the lines of " People always trying to get something for free". Kristen locates me shortly and states that she will not be able to help me because she doesnt believe the bubble popped from normal wear and tear or that the shoes were only a month old. I was done with the Interrogation at that point so I just stated thank you and left the store. Seemingly unaware of how she just made a customer feel, super embarrased as all this took place in the middle of the store. It was obvious she was gleaming in victory and pleased with Superior Managment Skills. I wanted to run out of the store as fast as one popped AirMax could take me. I feel sorry for her associates and if she reads this I hope she doesnt take it out on the one associate that tried to help me. He was the only reason I debated on not writting this review. Disappointed, would never go there again, 0 star for this Nike store, and this place should be shut…read moredown, because they don't do business, they only do profit I guess, most of the racist people working there, especially two store Managers Juan and "Jenny" , they refused to follow the Nike 30 days return policy, also threatened me to take my staff out of the store, wow! Really! Are those people actually working for Nike? I believe they just ruined the Nike reputation on customer service. They told me that if you buy an item in 5, they do not take return for that, I was confused as hell, I read the Nike return policy again and again: Whether you shop on Nike.com, in any of the Nike apps, or at a Nike store, we provide you 30 days to take your Nike and Converse purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. That also includes custom Nike By You sneakers. After got kick out by the Manager Juan, I immediately drove up to the Nike Allen premium outlet, do the return with same items, the employee there process my return right the way and without even ask a question. Wow Nike! Please investigate the store in Terrell, enforce the Nike return policy, instead of treating people differently.

Wow, absolutely fantastic prices and selection at this store. Not only were the prices…read moresignificantly lower than most outlets, they even had some hard to find shoes including some Jordans. If you wear an 11 and like Jordans they have the 29, 30 and 31 there. Unfortunately, they are too small for my feet, so it will be some lucky guy's day. One of the ladies helped me find some retro Jordans and a couple other pairs of basketball shoes that fit. Their entire staff was on point helping people track down shoes in their sizes. Bought 3 pairs of basketball shoes for about $150 including two pairs of Jordans. Nike needs to emulate this store at their outlets. Even if they can't get prices quite this low, the selection was the best I've seen at any Nike outlet in years. I rarely buy anything from Nike outlets or Nike any more because the selection is minimal, quality of merchandise is poor and usually limited to wild colors and high prices. I used to be a huge Nike fan, but now only buy Under Armour clothing for much better quality (and usually better prices), and they're big supporters of the military and vets. Still like Nike shoes better, but their quality has really gone downhill. They use very little leather which leads me to wonder why when they're still charging high prices for very cheap components, and we all know they're not breaking the bank with what they pay people in the Vietnamese and Chinese factories. Even their Jordan brand items can be difficult to find with any decent quality. Overall, I've gotten completely away from Nike for clothing because they can't compete with Under Armour on quality or price. UA is so comfortable and lasts for years. For shoes, I still find some decent Nike basketball shoes every once in awhile...a long while. They don't make them like they used to. Unless you get the numbered Jordans, the quality has taken a nosedive. They're just cheap, cheap, cheap. Under Armour is getting better and is starting to give them a run for their money in basketball shoes. For running shoes, I'm liking New Balance, Asics and a few others better. At the end of the day, this appears to be one of the last Nike stores with a decent selection of quality basketball shoes at decent prices. Made me nostalgic for the good old days when Nike actually backed their prices up with quality merchandise. I highly recommend they emulate this store model and get back to providing quality at decent prices, or they're the next Reebok...charging high prices for ever cheaper quality.

He took his time assisting me was VERY courteous and friendly. He made me STILL want to shop there even after all the other stuff that had happened. I am not sure how long he has been there but he most definitely needs a raise. I also want to add that when I originally ordered the shoes he was the salesperson that assisted me and when I came back in he recognized me spoke and really made me feel welcomed even though I was coming in to gripe.

If I could give a 1 star I would. We are a family of 5 that just walked in the store to buy 3 pairs…read moreof shoes. Upon entering I said that we needed to get them sized. There were three workers. One young man walked us to the back to size the kids. An older man muttered to his co-worker "wow shes so dramatic" based off of me asking to have them sized. I was in a great mood, the kids were calm. okay I'll let it slide, whatever. Then the young man sizes one child, tells us size, runs off. I thought he needed to grab something. When I realized he wasn't coming back I asked my husband "Is he's coming back?" the older gentleman yelled at the young man and told him to go back and the younger gentleman claimed he didn't see the other two kids.. um ok but anyways he sized them then told us where to grab the shoes. The older gentleman once again muttered something about me AGAIN. Literally we were the ONLY customers in the store. I can't remember what he said the last time but that set me off. He was so disrespectful and honestly if we want to get personal, this was an act of discrimination.
