This park has extremely reasonable monthly rates. The sites are huge with plenty of space in between them. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, clean and with such comfortable lounge chairs. The restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and in good working order; the washer & dryers look new. Theres an exercise room, a game room, a fishing hole, and a really nice playground for kids. That said, they did have our information in a box for after hours check in. The bathrooms were great, spacious, clean and plentiful. The showers have great water pressure and adjustable shower heads. They're right next to the laundry that looked to be $3 a load. We had a back in waterfront location and it was great to be able to just hop in the water. There's also a few marinas and a pool on-site. We ran out of drinking water and were a bit bummed there wasn't a water refill station and the office was closed which I believe is where the store is. It's dog friendly and had a small dog park.

Restrooms and showers were clean each time I used them. The cliffside views are amazing at sunset, and the park felt calm at night. Staff was friendly and quick to help when I asked a question at check-in. Wi-Fi worked fine for email and streaming. Good walking space and plenty of shade in parts of the park. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to friends who want a relaxing spot with a legit spring pool. Five stars.

Great stay! We have…read morestayed here a few times and this is my first review. This time, we stayed here 2 weeks. We're up front in pull-through site 44. Yes, the road noise is apparent. We didn't mind it as we stay inside the RV most of the time. The site itself was great. The sites are long, wide, have a grass yard and a concrete pad and patio. Power, water and sewer worked well. We only used their WiFi as backup as we're using a cell-based Internet solution and were connected to AT&T. I have several interactions with the office staff and all were quite favorable. We even asked to use the kitchen in the clubhouse and that was approved both times. Trish, the manager was always very pleasant and accommodating. Some other things we like: - They sell a 10# bag of ice for $2. We use a lot of ice, so that was nice. - They text us when a package arrives for us. - They sell propane onsite. - They have a pool and a hot tub and they just got done refinishing both and got them opened during our stay. - They have laundry rooms at 2 locations within the park. We used the larger one. - They have plans to add more amenities this year. We look forward to the next time we stay at Oak Creek RV Park.

It is 100% bait and switch- and NOT for families. The rules seemed strict, but there is crap everywhere in front of sites and it is a literal dump! There is a mound of mattresses piled up in the driveway. The site we paid for- we couldn't even reach with our electric, without hitting a tree. We left. Without a refund. After my husband and I drove 5 hours to move…read moreto Granbury, arrived at 11:30pm in the rain, NO CLEAR signs(Only very small sign), NO barriers, Low lighting, we couldn't see well and ended up getting our truck/travel trailer sunk in their mud pit pasture area!! Again, no barriers or clear signs that this was UNSAFE AREA to drive on!! Number is unreliable and hard to contact manager. Manager is HORRIBLE!! Only spoke to her once and while she seemed sympathetic at first and offered a towe truck number, (whom never called us back!) Didn't come out to meet us, didn't hear back from her till 12 hours later when I texted her an updated. We suffered through 42hours NO SLEEP, hundreds of dollars$) in gas, $spoiled food , $meds needed to be kept cold and 3 towe companies provided by our insurance couldn't get us out! This woman NEVER came to meet us or help in anyway!!! Ontop of never hearing from her until I reached out, dealing with being stuck there for 12hours, she has THREATENED us with damages!! This place has cost us around $1,200 and she wants us to pay $1,500 for ruts in her muddy pasture and ruts in the gravel!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOUR IN NEED!!
