I finally can enjoy my Pano roof on my Porsche. It was 108 this afternoon and drove from Scottsdale to the west valley with the sun shade all the way open. Before I could not enjoy the glass roof due to the intense heat. Cactus just tinted my glass roof with Spectra Photo Sync the difference is night and day. I was happy to find Cactus Window Tinting as they are the only shop that has the Spectra tint. I was hoping for results like this and couldn't be more happy. Rick recommended the darkest tint for the roof. It's definitely not too dark really can't tell the difference from stock with the additional tint. Kudos Rick and team for a job well done. I've brought several vehicles to Cactus Tint / Wraps and the quality and customer service has always been stellar but they really outdid themselves this time. We bought a Turbo Blue Audi RS5 which already looked amazing but Rick had the idea of wrapping the whole car in Clear Gard satin paint protection film which gave the glossy blue an awesome satin look and changed the appearance completely while still complimenting the aggressive body lines. Not only does this stuff protect the paint but it repels water and is easy to clean too. I drove through a big dirty puddle today and when I got home to wipe it down I could barely tell. He also blacked out the roof and replaced the dealership tint with his good heat blocking product. I scheduled and appointment for a chrome delete and debadge on my 2019 Yukon. The actual appointment took a day and a half. We did have to take it to get wet sanded and buffed after the debadging. Had a timed security gate close on my car while going through it. The timer kicked on so it closed. Ugh! Scraped the front bumper badly. Luckily we had a coating on the car which helped deflect some damage. Took the car to Cactus Tint. They found damage taking the old coat off. I had a very bad experience recently at Cactus Window Tint that I would like people to know about. I had made an appointment with Rick, who I believe is the owner there, several weeks in advance, for a new car. Rick and I went over what was being done at the time of drop off, along with the cost of each item. This was for a partial clear bra for the front of the car, and tinting 3 front windows, and was very expensive. Rick said that he would need the car overnight, which I though was unusual for what was being done, but I said OK. I asked Rick to verify that the car would not be driven off the lot while the car was there, and he did. When picking the car up the next day, I found that the car had been driven 2 miles while there, after being told that it would not be driven. This is a new Corvette, for which Rick had expressed excitement, and I was very concerned about what might have been done during those 2 miles. Also, I was over charged $150 for one of the items over what I had been told would be the cost. Rick was belligerent and totally unapologetic about the whole thing, and removed only $100 of the $150 overcharge. Needless to say, I will never return to this place and would like to give a heads up to anyone else considering spending their money there. Would leave less than 1 star if I could. Rick had this review removed and this is a re-post of the original review from earlier this year. Rick appears to be able to get negative reviews, that he does not like, removed from Yelp. read more

We have had 3 vehicles tinted and 2 wrapped with this company over the last few years and I won't go anywhere else. They have a good variety of quality products and they stand by their work. You drop off your vehicle in the morning and it's done that afternoon. The tinting they offer also comes with variations in UV protection which is a must in the southwest. It is great having sun protection on a daily basis. Even on a road trip up to the northwest this past summer, we were able to avoid the one-sided sun burn because someone always gets too much on one side of their body coming or going during those long drives! Living in the Valley of the Sun with a Black Vehicle and Black Leather Interior can chap your hide... literally! My 2005 Dodge Ram's original tint job was in need of an upgrade... bad. The front two windows were only minimally tinted at best, and the rear windows were rated at roughly 19%... so it was BAKING every time I got in for a drive. To make it worse, the front two were peeling and bubbling. Time for the upgrade. After an exhaustive search of Yelp, friend's recommendations, and online hunting... I asked for a quote (through Yelp) from Cactus Window Tint and got a response from the owner, Rick. He was as detailed as possible in his response and got back to me quickly, which I completely appreciated considering the competition took 3-5 days, or ignored the quote request all together. Called them this morning to set up an appointment and they said "Come on down! We'll get you taken care of TODAY!" Sabrina was the person at the front desk that explained all the options, their benefits, cost savings vs. heat reduction, etc. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and not at all a sales pusher... she listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to make sure I got exactly that... and did NOT push anything else. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! I can't even get a car wash without the sales person trying to up-sell me 3 or 4 times. Even better, while I was waiting for my vehicle to be completed, I saw how well Sabrina dealt with each and every customer, working with them to ensure she made them feel completely satisfied with their vehicle's appearance and desired tint job. The shop did such a great job on replacing the tint on the front two, I immediately asked if they could go ahead and do the rear cab and back window, too... THEY DID! These guys are the best! Ive had them do a few of my vehicles, and their work is exceptional. If you're thinking about tint or PPF, I'd recommend using Cactus. Not only is their quality of work tops, but the materials they use are also absolute top quality. My vehicles are always black and they show every imperfection, so it's important that the work and the materials be the very best available. In my last vehicle, I didn't pull far enough into the garage one night. There is a little metal tab that sticks off of the bottom of my garage door. When I closed the door it closed down on my front bumper and didn't stop. It crumpled and tore at the PPF on the bumper. I was so upset. However when I was able to open the door and examine the damage, there was NONE to my vehicle. The PPF was torn to pieces, but not even a scratch on my vehicle. I've had other instances where the PPF gets nicked and after a few days in the sun, you can't tell it anymore. Long story short- PPF is expensive- repairing and repainting is MORE expensive. It's worth it, and Cactus are the best guys in town to do the work read more
