Kara Willden is rude, combative, and has zero compassion or bedside manner. Loved the staff but don't care for her. Sad. Dan has retired and I don't doubt she is the reason why. She has quite the bully mentality. I requested a refill on one of my prescriptions that I desperately need for my sanity and she dropped the ball. I had to go in and get face to face to resolve the issue.

Much less time consuming and really worked for me. I received two surgeries from him, a tonsillectomy and tympanoplasty. He was easily reachable during recovery from both procedures. He is very thorough and gave me additional mono tests before he took my tonsils out... Which was a blessing because it turned out I did have mono, which would have made it much more difficult for my body to fight off infection. He postponed the surgery and may have saved me from serious illness. Could not ask for more in a physician.

While the immunotherapy doesnt work for everyone, its worked wonders on me. I still talk nasally, but i almost never suffer from congestion anymore, and im almost antihistamine free. Its a great feeling not walking around as a benadryl zombie. I didint have much of an option to use benadryl, since the 24 hour meds dont really work on me. I had a reaction on one visit, and the staff responded quickly and got my body to chill out. They even stayed after hours with me to make certain the reaction was truly out of the way. Thanks guys!

The front desk staff was nice and the MAs friendly. They apologized and thanked me when I mentioned that I found a 6 day old urine sample in the restroom. Dr. Glaser was not friendly towards me. My visit was to be a new patient physical. He did not engage or try to get to know me at all. My face to face time with him was less than 10 minutes, and the only thing memorable that he said was that my insurance might not pay for my updated tetanus shot (they did). I went downstairs to do lab work and was there for about 30 minutes when they finally realized that Dr. Glaser did not order lab work because I had done lab work 7 months prior. Fairly certain that lab work is part of a physical...but whatever. I had already made up my mind that this man would not be my new PCP. A PCP should be warm and engaging, and someone who will listen to their patients when they are concerned about something - Dr. Glaser checked none of these boxes. Fast forward a few weeks later to the billing nightmare that followed, my insurance covers an annual physical (including the lab work he wouldn't order) 100%...but the first bill was coded as a new patient appointment, but they left the physical off. So I had to call the office about this...they made my patient responsibility $0 in their system, but then rebilled my insurance company with duplicate charges and overbilled by almost triple. I decided to call BCBS directly since I had yet to find a competent individual to help me at the practice. The insurance rep told me that one of the codes used on the new bill was for a psychiatric evaluation...OMG! I explained the whole situation again, and BCBS filed a grievance and the billing did eventually get situated. I have talked to others who have noticed similar billing issues on their statements from this practice...so definitely watch your EOBs here. Unreported overbilling is sadly something that happens too often in the medical world. I have given up on ever seeing my 7+ years of medical records from my prior PCP. I am fairly certain they went into an abyss of some sort in this Bridlewood office of confusion.

But if you use the Healow app, the docs are pretty quick to respond plus your care needs are documented. I started using Bridlewood, Dr. Glaser and his staff because the last office I was at didn't listen to me. I'm diabetic and trying to find the right medication has been much trial and error but my last office brushed off my errors. So when I first started with Bridlewood, Michelle Hampton heard me and started me on my way to finding what worked. I was sad to lose Victoria Thomas but it was an easy transition back to Michelle and they really do care. I have trouble with getting medication but that's due to my insurance not the office. Michelle and her team have been in constant communication with me and are eager to help where they can. I've had nothing but a pleasant and stress free experience working with the Bridlewood staff. My one complaint would be that I never got an Amazon gift card!

I went through it and it turned out I was allergic to much more than I expected. We started out with antigens treatment that is based on exactly what you are allergic to. It can up to 6 months to notice the difference but I was fortunate and it started working already after a couple of weeks. I haven't even had a cold since then! The staff are always courteous and remind you ahead of time of your appointments. If you get allergy drops, you can either pick them up at the office or they can mail them to you. Dr Otto has very good bedside manners and is always very good at his job.

A family member of mine visited this facility during 3rd shift (sometime between 2a-3a) this week…read moreand was treated terribly. They went in and was not greeted properly or taken seriously. The male nurse at the check-in desk made him feel as if he didn't belong there because he didn't "look sick." When my family member got to the back, he was given a breathing treatment and was left in the room over 20 minutes after it completed. He also told the healthcare provider that he hadn't eating in over 10 hours and they still proceeded to give him medication that needed to be taken with food. When he got back home, he was vomiting all over the place. When he got his diagnosis, the male nurse (same person who checked him in) was surprised! He shouldn't have judged a book by it's cover. Just because a person doesn't look well does not mean they don't feel well in their body! Again, he was made to feel as if he just wandered in there off the street. We have wonderful insurance (even if we did not, it shouldn't make a difference b/c healthcare providers should treat each person the same). This family member is a college student in his senior year and needed the help and what does he get? Mistreatment and prejudice! I told him to not visit this place again; at least not on the 3rd shift. The people there obviously didn't want to do their jobs! High reviews? How? I'm very concerned for my family member to get care being so far from home while in college. THIS is why I worry because of people like this! Shame on you, "Total" Care.

A few months ago I was desperately shopping around for a decent doctor because I had a tiny lump on…read moremy neck. Two other doctors told me not to worry about it but I persisted. When I read Dr. Haque's reviews , I was impressed but a little concerned about the feedback regarding his staff. I decided to find out for myself and I didn't find a decent doctor ... I found an AMAZING doctor who saved my life AND his office staff are awesome. That little lump was something to worry about because it was cancer. Dr. Haque listened to me , believed me and followed up on my concern . That wasn't the best part.... Once he knew it was cancer, he took complete charge of the situation , presented my options and told me what his preference was. THAT is what I want to hear from my doctor. He was assertive and in control of the situation . I loved that because I went to an expert and I didn't have an opinion ( otherwise I'd be an endocrinologist ) and he had my opinion for me. Through the whole process of surgery and RAI, this doctor called me regularly to check on my progress even though another surgeon he recommended, did my surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Garner also told me that Dr. Haque remains engaged with his patients so if he told me to do something different to what she told me ---- to go ahead and do what he says ... lol. He remained involved and engaged and at all times I knew, I was in good hands . I don't know what I don't know but he took charge and for that , my family and I are truly grateful. If you are looking for a touchy feely guy who will wipe away your tears - this is not your kind of doctor . His caring and comfort comes from providing outstanding medical care - making sure he does the best he can to make you well again. I suggest a therapist for the hand holding stuff. This medical professional scores high points with me and I would have NO hesitation recommending him to anyone. He has a great PA and his nurse Jessica is the absolute best. She is a little quirky and has a highly developed sense of humor. If you are the kind of person that doesn't enjoy that , just ask her to tone it down. I love it so I encourage it. This office has always returned my calls and been responsive to my questions . They have been kind and supportive through my recent challenges and I'm not the easiest patient . I'm rebellious and I have attitude and Dr. Haque and his team have gently worked to make me whole again. Lastly, this is not a doctor who will ask for your opinion - why should he ? He gets paid to have my opinion for me when it comes to my health. I have no problem recommending you entrust your health to him. They take care of you from the moment you arrive at check-in until you leave. They are pretty timely with on-time appointments. My most recent visit was great. Susan at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Shante took my vitals and checked my blood sugar and updated my medication list. I've been in a research program with an insulin pump device and have been trained by Sadia and kept on regularly scheduled check-ins and phone calls. She's so friendly and patient. Dr. Haque and Aimee listen to me and offers recommendations to help me succeed as a person loving with diabetes. As I was leaving, Rachel and Edith helped me to schedule my next appointment and print out my lab orders for my next visit. I love this office and this team of professionals! They're all just nice, friendly, and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Haque and his team!
