She is in every respect a worthy successor to carry forward the legendary Becker family tradition. Jennifer is unfailingly honest and professional. She wants nothing more than to make your instrument sound as good as it possibly can, whether it's a student instrument or a Strad. She is welcoming, friendly, and understanding with every type of string player, student to lifelong amateur, young professional to world class soloist. As soon as I contacted Jennifer Becker & Co. they reached back out and were responsive, professional, and very thorough and knowledgeable. Jeremy was the person I worked with the entire time. He was patient as I explained to him at least three times that my violin is very important to me and it's hard for me to leave it with a stranger. I'm glad I did! Not only did he fix my crack and make it almost invisible, he sealed two seams that I didn't know were open (with my permission of course) and now my violin sounds better than ever! I would HIGHLY recommend and I will definitely be going back should I ever need maintenance on an instrument.

If you are like me and feel like math is just something that you'll never "get", it is time to give Danielle a call. From the first time you meet with Danielle, it will be clear to you that you are not in for the usual math learning experience. She is cool, laid back and has a great sense of humor, which means everything to someone like me with major math anxiety. Furthermore, you will NEVER feel stupid working with Danielle; She is the poster child of patience, laughing it off, trying to explain it another way and helping you work through whatever mental roadblock you're hitting. If you had told me a few months ago that I would actually look FORWARD to learning math, I just couldn't have believed it, because I never even thought learning math was something I was capable of. But now? Working through problems all by myself while Danielle watches on and silently nods in approval. Getting 100% on EVERY homework assignment. No joke. Despite the somewhat unusual request, Keiran was totally open to helping us out. (We weren't even there to buy a grand piano!) When we arrived Keiran and Jeremy treated us with such friendly, great service! The shop has some beautiful instruments! Keiran gave us helpful ideas about refurbishing our old Windsor Upright with just a handful of keys!

I popped in to talk to Kieran, he dropped by the house that night, and 2 days later it was picked up by Manny's piano movers. He gave us a good deal for it and made all the arrangements. The new store is full of beautiful piano and a lot more room. Anything involving pianos, I only go here. They organize a lot of cool concerts too.
