These are expensive units and your two minute exercise in the store to "feel" the machine doesn't represent the same mechanics you'll expect in a serious workout. It's much cheaper to buy a gym membership. My two thousand dollar ellipical certainly doesn't feel as good as the gym. Further, they never feel the same at home as they do in the store.
