I was ready to check out and get my putter regripped. When finally acknowledged he says oh you need to regret your putter. Oh, give me two minutes. I'll get it done. Is it to say go look around come right back I'll have your putter done. I come back my putter sitting on the counter with the grip. Nothing has been done and the same individual is re-gripping other drivers for customers that came up there after me. Keep in mind there were no customers there when I came up the first time. Then I come up there there's 10 customers there. So now I'm behind all of those customers because because the individual didn't acknowledge me told me he was gonna regrip it needs two minutes. And the crazy thing is it was a younger lady and he's obviously an older man who's I would think want to set an example for the younger employee. The example is don't acknowledge customers. Tell him you're gonna do something and don't do it. I mean, I'm sure they were what they were solving world hunger at that computer screen. This world is going to shit. I guess I know why they have two stars. Unbelievable something could've taken four minutes. Five minutes hell 10 minutes. Instead, I had to leave because I did not want to cause a scene. Total bullshit. I don't know who's running this joint, but they're not good at it.

However, my favorite feature of the store is the restroom. While it's no fancier than your traditional Walmart restroom, it beats the general mall restroom and is always less populated. While this is not the only store in the woodlands mall with an independent restroom, it's the only one that allows me to use one and then purchase gear for all of my various sports, which is a score for me ...pun intended.
