Playing heavy metal death music chanting kill, kill, kill. not a nice atmosphere prior to Christmas. Even told the nice sales person who came by to ask if needed assistance that I would not be in long due to the music being played. He did inform the other but went on deaf ears. Shopping for ski boots and wanted to buy local so went to Sun and Ski. The boots I was interested in are $700 boots and I asked to try the boots on. Employee informed me that they would charge me $41 to try the boots on unless I decided to buy the boots. Went to the manager and said I was willing to buy the boots if I like them but I was not willing to pay for trying them on. Managers response was sorry, we have to pay for labor. Hah!, sounds like I would be paying for the labor. I've been a long time sun and ski customer, but won't be going back. And these guys wonder why people buy online. read more

We came in to shop for ski-ware and accessories and I found more than I needed like a new pair of Uggs on sale. I do wish the Solomon ski pants came in more sizes and colors. My husband and I went here looking for a bike to ride on trails, dirt and road. We were clueless as to what to get. They explained the difference in the bikes, how they worked, if repairs are needed very often, and comfort level. I rode 3 different bikes. They watched me as I rode each one and gave advise as to how they thought would be a fit for me. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. I'm glad we picked Sun & Ski Sports. The people here are so friendly and nice. I brought my little girls bike to have looked at and the staff was great. Not only were they friendly but they were friendly to my daughter and family as well. I was planning on honestly buying a bike from bikelane or bike land but I changed my mind. I plan to go with a bike from them after witnessing how they treated me with a bike that wasn't even from their store. I hope the management does not change the personal or vibe in this place. My boyfriend and I came in right when the store opened at 10:00 am on a Saturday. We had been to this location before multiple times checking to see if they had the bikes we had been looking for in stock, hence us coming in early. There were a couple sales associates talking amongst each other. We both saw 2 hybrid bikes and were looking at them for about 5 mins. However, not once did anyone come up to us or ask for help despite us waiting for assistance. Then, a lady came in and seemed to not know much about bikes, and a sales associate went up to her immediately. Within 2 mins, the SALES ASSOCIATE took the bike my boyfriend was interested in out of his hands because this lady was taller and needed a XL. She wasn't interested in a mountain bike, so he said this is a hybrid. We could not believe the audacity. We immediately decided to leave and as we were walking out, the same sales associate proceeds to then ask if we had any questions about the bikes. My boyfriend did said we were about to buy 2 bikes, but now we're going else where. I started to get concern about identification theft when I got back home. As of matter of fact I was worry sick about identification theft Sat and Sunday. I bought a bike from Michael, loved the bike, had a few minor adjustment problems, took it back for some adjustments, then the bike had more serious problems, they determined that it possibly was a lemon, no questions asked they gave me my money back towards a different model.
