I was very specific in the information I was looking for, and I made it clear that I did not yet have a pre-approval or interest in signing agreements at this stage. I just wanted to know of any upcoming open houses. This morning she inadvertently texted me saying "I'm sending this one to the pond", "I don't want to spend my time", and "He's going to be one of those complicated peeps I don't have time for". She is clearly not equipped to handle million+ dollar financial real estate transactions. I wouldn't trust her to have my best interest in mind when buying or selling a home, and she clearly lacks attention to detail. This company received my information from realtor.com without having to do a single bit of outreach or work, and still couldn't manage to be professional.

Working around a group of friendly professionals in such a nice environment has me looking forward to coming into the office every day. The office happens to be adjacent to Rio Del Oro Sports Club and Realty One has negotiated a special rate for us. My three boys walk to the club after school and I meet them there after work. Total lack of communication among their staff. Afterward, we requested a receipt of payment and were told we would receive it via email the next day. We called to follow up before they closed the next day and the owner Kelly, very rudely said she would get it to us in 5 days after she closed her books. She proceeded to scream at us and tell us that we were to never contact her company ever again. We paid for an additional hour as an appreciation for accommodating our meeting late in the day. Kelly proceeded to say that it wasn't going to affect her paying the mortgage. Their offices are probably nice, but Kelly sure needs to take a course in professionalism. We will never use this place again and encourage people to look for alternatives.
