I am extremely angry with this company. My mother had bought me the "elite package" as a birthday gift to me, never were we adequately told that the initial purchase of $400 ish would just be the "sitting fee". On top of this, my mother and I never received any receipt on our emails regarding our purchase. Towards the end of my photo shoot they decided to surprise my mother and I with a HUGE additional purchase ranging from $200-$3,000. Keep in mind just to download the images that I had already paid to be taken it is $1,999. One framed 11x14 image is $249, three printed non-framed images of your choice is $229, to have a collage of six images together on a 12x20 inch is $899!! Going back to the price for downloading all of the images digitally, the cheapest price we can get for downloading our images is around $1,700. For a smaller package it would only be $499, so that's a $1,000 add-on that we were never made aware of upon actually purchasing the package. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company, for purposely misleading its customers and wasting their time and money. So if you want to pay threes time the amount for average looking photos then this is your place! But if not then please go look somewhere else, you'll get better photos, WAY cheaper prices, and quicker results with a private photographer. You'd think with how high the price is, the props and set ups would be excellent. However they're about as mid tier as the photographers. Aside from that, I enjoyed the hair and makeup ladies the most, they did a lovely job on my hair and makeup! They were all very kind and sweet. read more

I scheduled my sons senior session with Cady. To my surprise at the end of scheduling I realized the session was 3 hours. I kind of panicked because my son is not one to deal with doing something he doesn't really care to do and especially 3 hours of it. He is more a no none sense kind of person. Get in, do what he has to do and be done. Anyway he was annoyed when I told him he needed to unpack all of his little league football helmets to take and take a couple different outfits (I never told him it was a 3 hour session). Fast forward to day of session.... his dad took him to his session. To my surprise when he came home he was super excited and looking forward to seeing how his pics were going to look. My husband said the photographer was great with him and had him pumped up over taking his pics. I just wanted to send out a special thank you to the photographer (sorry I do not know his name) that did my sons senior photo shoot with all his little league football helmets. You did an amazing job with getting him not only pumped up but were able to keep him focused for 3 hours of pics (lol)!!! We love his pics! Thank you for going above and beyond. read more

Yesterday I visited Cady for the first time and I was extremely impressed! prior to going Cady ensured we were fully aware of the process. they sent several reminders, checklist of items to ensure our experience was good. The site was def informative and prepared me for my visit. the studio was beautiful and the elite package was def giving celebrity VIP status. the front desk girl wasn't as welcoming and however Que def made up where she lacked. Que was amazing, he is made for this work. he was so friendly, patient, thoughtfu, thoroug. my son doesnt like taking pictures however he literally enjoyed every minute of it . Que made my entire day not only was his work and eye immaculate he is def a superstar employees and has a great rapport with everyone including coworkers. Que was everything and I'm so grateful he was there and our photographer . he is a gem and this company should be grateful to have an employee like him. the studio was clean and I love the decor. the workers seem nice and got alone well with each othe. outside of the front desk girl I give it a 10/10 read more

If you ever want to feel like a superstar, CADY is the perfect match for you. I had an appointment yesterday, and I wish I could go back because they were amazing. Their establishment is tidy, and their employees are dedicated and welcoming. You can just tell that they love doing what they do. Especially, my photographer, Marcus! He was an absolutely joy to work with. I've never modeled in the past, so I was worried that my inexperience would make the photoshoot difficult. But, he was so patient and hilarious that my nerves just left, and everything became a vibe! He helps you take a step out of your comfort zone, hypes you up, and brings a beauty out of you into his well-taken photos. The staff at Cady are amazing. I took my daughter to take senior pictures, everyone was attentive, caring, and professional. The teamwork and collaboration amongst the staff was beyond belief. They anticipate a need and fill it before it's even uttered. They all work together to make sure that everyone being photographed has a wonderful experience; they brought props, suggested poses, and hype you to get the best smile out of you. Horrible experience!!!! They charged me over $200 for the portfolio without my knowledge or consent!! Which is very annoying when I returned it over a month ago!!! How hard is it to do research before yall charge people!! I call to complain and of course they don't know how long it will take to get my money back!! I ask to speak to a manager and it takes 24 to 48 hours to receive a call back which is BS in my opinion!!! Y'all didn't call or let me know yall were taking my money and were quit AF to do it!!! The inconvenience it has caused me because it was taken out without my knowledge makes me even more angry!! Will definitely be letting the school know!!! read more

Amazing experience at CADY today. We opted for the traditional package at the Houston location on Richmond Ave. My son was treated like royalty and kept saying how much fun he was having. Stacy, along with the other photographers, employed all sorts of tactics to bring out my son's genuine and more natural smiles. The result: Some of the best photos my son has taken in his life! As far as photography goes I had no idea what to expect, but man did it end going really really well. It went fast, no waiting and getting right to the photo taking. Plus, every photographer is real good not only at there job, but being entertaining and offering a real pleasant and fun time taking photos. At first impressions seeing the place from outside your left thinking that it's not a professional studio. But as soon as we were taken to the back it's soo clean and well maintained.
