I would give this studio a 0 if I could. I schedule a session for my daughter's graduation, they do not provide you an itemized statement of what you are going to receive and when they charge you, it is $500. Fine, I am getting pictures for her graduation, but no, you are sadly mistaken, my hopes of sending pictures to my family members vanish, since I was told I will receive a link to download the pictures and print them out, not only did they scam me of $500 but I have to go to Walgreens to print them out? My daughter told me another parent paid $1,000. We need to get together and shut down this scam. The board of Education cannot force us to use this studio. Who are they to dictate what we purchase. Especially since it is now known they are associated to Light Touch. read more

Too expensive for quality. There is no option to buy a digital image unless you buy a higher tier package. It's a racket because you have to use them in order for your child's picture to be in the yearbook. Very dissatisfied with my service and quality. 2 years ago I was able to purchase a digital image, but now you can't. read more

Took senior pictures and first photographer was not very experienced. Poses do not look natural. The next two photographers were much more experienced and photos look great. Customers service rep makes you pay before leaving for $199 all digital pictures or $299 plus tax is $328.50. in which it includes the portfolio of 8 pictures chosen by an employee and once received by mail it will include a print of each picture taken. This is bad customer service. Now if I do not like the portfolio pictures I can return for a refund. But I found out the made me pay for the digital photos, but can only order through Cady. I own the digital photos and I should get the released to me. read more

This company does not deserve 1 star but they is no option for 0 stars! Our high school used this company for senior photographs and I do not believe they did any research! First of all, the pricing is INSANELY EXPENSIVE! Secondly, they make you pay up front for packages that are ordered from their shoddy website and then mail you the wrong photographs only to tell you that they will not make it right because all sales are final and if you don't want the pictures you ordered then you must purchase more! Thirdly, photographers are KIDS doing subpar work! This is a hideous and deceitful company! Filing complaints with my credit card, the BBB, and our school for choosing them without vetting them and leaving us no option other than using them for yearbook photos! read more

Great experience! The photographers were engaging, kept it fun and really understood how to connect with parents and student to give everyone what they wanted. It's an expensive experience if you do the shoot and order pictures, but they are professional, efficient and we enjoyed it. Veronica and Max were great photographers and the gentleman at check out provided us with helpful tips and explained the process in detail. All in all, worth the price! read more

The absolute worst place to take senior photos. Our school forced us to take our cap and gown and formal pics here. Prices are insane, and even when you want to order and have questions, no one is available. I have no idea why our school contracted with this place. Our school forced us to come here for yearbook and cap & gown photos. That sitting was free, but I paid $30 extra for a casual pose. The process was fine and the photographers were nice enough. They took 5 pics per pose. When we checked out, we were offered $150 to receive 5 photos of the casual and 5 photos of yearbook digital images. We wouldn't receive the cap and gown with that package. She said if we waited, the digital price would skyrocket to $300. I asked to see the images before purchase and was denied. We were told if we purchased now and didn't like them, then we could retake. They would have made a sale today if they had allowed us to just look at the images. I'm not going to pay $150 on a chance. So now I probably won't buy any at all. We'll take our own. read more

So about a week ago I gave Cady 3 stars. Well today after my 3rd presentation and speaking with a manager named Megan, they are a -0. I was mailed a portfolio, for my Elite Package, a few weeks ago my son did the package where Cady came to his school for his Graduation pictures because they did not have the tassel in during the summer when we had our appt. I just spoke with Megan and I was informed because my son did the session at the school and the Elite session they will not honor the $549 they mailed me because the Elite session includes up to 60 images and the cheapest package is $1999. Worst Photography company ever!!! I have been in Frisco ISD for several years and never had an issue with photos. Since this company took over it has been a horrific experience! From student individuals pictures to Volleyball, Football and basketball photos all very bad photos and you can never get anyone on the phone. I truly hope they are fired soon. I have never been so disappointed in my kids photos!! I am not sure who hired them and why but this company is NOT the answer! We had a 13 year or so tradition of ariel football photos. This company was so inept that we were unable to take the photo because they were sooooo far behind. What a joke! read more

What a rip off! We're in the Garland ISD so Plano isn't exactly close to begin with. We took a toll road to get there on our scheduled appointment time and it looked like Grand Central! Way overbooked! You check in at the desk and they basically cut you loose to wander around the studio aimlessly. It took forever to get our package sittings cranked out and on the way home I noticed that our outdoor picture wasn't on their print out and hadn't been taken. I tried calling and there was not answer. I don't know if they're still using Covid as an excuse but no one mans the phone. I ended up having to contact them through their website and then you have to wait for a response (it's not immediate). This back and forth went on for a few days and I was finally told that we could come in for another sitting. Um, no! I was hoping they'd refund a portion of the very expensive sitting fee since it was their mistake but their time is apparently more important than ours. Then it's time to order the pictures. They're extremely overpriced and not a very big selection (Not many taken probably because they were overbooked). I debated whether to get the "touch up" additions and decided that she's only gonna graduate high school once, might as well spring for both the usual touch up addition (pimples, shadows, dark circles) as well as their "glow" addition (I'm thinking it's like a filter?). Received the pictures and they hadn't been touched up. Thank goodness my girl only had one small spot on her chin that was scarred from a recent pimple and slight dark circles. I would have contacted them but the first go around was so difficult to get a subpar resolution (it literally took days emailing back and forth) I just kept the pictures. When my son graduates in 4 years I will NOT go back to them! I know better now. I really think I would have been happier at JC Penneys. read more

Not sure if we got scammed or they're just super overpriced or they're delusional or all of the above! We went there for a photoshoot and paid like $80. My wife chose a package. We were informed we're gonna get a package and we can send it back if we don't like it, which we don't. Photoshoot was done, we went home. Got the package, we decided to return it and decided to just ask for the digital copy. She called them to get the link, they said we don't get a digital copy. That's when all hell break loose! Long story short, we felt we got scammed. Apparently the cheapest plan was like $180 for a freaking digital copy! And for a hard copy, it's like $400! I'm a photographer myself, this was a school referred studio so we went with it that's why we went here. After this incident, we heard lots of parents saying the same things, who were also disappointed and felt the same way. So, beware of this studio. Obviously, we'll never come back to this studio, ever again. We'll tell our friends this story obviously. So......... read more
