Last but not least, the shop owner tells her that our Jeep needs brakes and rotors so it won't pass inspection, he explained how he wasn't comfortable doing the inspection if we did the repair somewhere else... which okay? That makes no sense at all. All he cared about was making the money, no customer service whatsoever!! So in conclusion... FALSE information regarding opening and labor times AND very rude service by the shop owner himself. As they say... it starts at the top. so yeah, don't waste your time! They were very unsatisfactory. So I came into the office and talked to Blake I dropped the car off. They called and told me what it needed . Turns out the other shop really manhandled and butchered the wires and plug from the wiper motor. That's why it kept turning off and overheating. It also sounded like a meat grinder. So they put in a new motor and it sounds perfectly quiet the way it should be. They also fixed the wipers and put them back in the park position. Danny Blake and Chris were great.
