The compound bow is what we ended up taking home vs the recurve bow. The compound bow allows the user to draw with more control and less weight as you use it. The compound bow is truly better at accuracy than the recurve bow. Most individuals start on a recurve bow and graduate to a compound bow. The consistency of the compound bow might seem more complex it's easy to master with practice. A good shooter is known for their aim. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Before entering the shooting area, they showed us an instructional video and went over all the safety rules to make sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared. The cost was $27 per person for an hour, which I felt was reasonable for the experience. They also have a small area where you can purchase drinks, and there is a restroom inside the facility for convenience. One thing I thought was really cool is that you can take your target sheet home at the end as a souvenir. I will definitely be coming back, especially for an adults-only outing. We had so much fun, and I can't wait to do it again!
