He even helped us compare color options and called to check availability for shoes that needed to be ordered. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with how effectively Tyler identified our needs, matched us with the right products, and delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. I've read some reviews mentioning pricing concerns, but based on our experience, I don't believe they're marking up prices. Even if they were, the expertise, service, and personalized attention we received would make it worth it. If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding color selection. I understand this is a locally owned business and inventory space is limited, so I completely understand the challenge. However, I would love to see more basic or solid color options available in-store. We found four pairs of shoes we loved, plus the slides, but ultimately purchased three pairs of shoes and two pairs of slides. Two of the shoe purchases were colors we settled on because they were available in-store--not bad options at all, just not our first choice. One pair had to be ordered and shipped to our home, and another pair we ultimately purchased directly from New Balance because the all-black version wasn't available. I bought very expensive amount to coast brand shoes for $180 and very soon they started squeaking horribly. Unbearable. They only guarantee 30days refund policy so they will not take care off, refund, replace or fix these very expensive shoes after 3 months. Their own sales rep said, yes I know these shoes have a tendency to squeak. So why would you charge $180 dollars and sell to me the horrible shoes and never tell me the problem with them. Horrible product, horrible staff. No customer care. One person, actually said , we just sell shoes we do not make them so we cannot gurantee the quality. What a horrible thing to say to your customer and a horrible way to do business.

The staff knew what I was shopping for, but getting help was nearly impossible. Other than assisting with shoes, the employees did little more than point at different sections of the store and send me off to figure things out on my own. To make matters worse, an employee directed me to the wrong size socks. Since I was checking the fit of everything I was purchasing, I opened the socks to verify they were correct. After being given bad information by the staff, I was then charged for the socks because the package had been opened. When I questioned the situation, the owner was called. Instead of listening and addressing the issue, the owner kept making me repeat myself. It felt less like customer service and more like being interrogated. After several attempts to explain the situation, I simply gave up. It's disappointing when a store expects customers to rely on staff expertise, but then refuses to take responsibility when that advice is wrong. Between the lack of assistance, incorrect guidance, and poor handling of a customer concern, I would not recommend shopping here.
