Two customers ready to walk in and he needed to leave so bad that he was standing outside the door BEFORE 5:00 to motion people away. I've been shopping there for five years for ALL of our alcohol, but after this, I'll never walk in there again. I would never do that and if the owners support an employee doing that, that's as bad as it gets to motion a customer away outside the store in the parking lot. You stay inside and at 5:00, you simply close your doors. Had myself and the other gentlemen gotten inside before 5:00, you make money, maybe you leave at 5:05, usually people know what they are buying at the liquor store pretty quickly, in and out.

They have a large parking lot right outside the building, making it easy to park. Staff isn't usually too friendly, but they're efficient, and you'll be in-and-out shortly. Aisles are wide enough to fit around other people, and the place doesn't feel cramped. They do not have a build-your-own-6-pack for beer. They do, however, carry a ton of local craft beer six packs and some regional options too. They seem to swap beer options semi-often, so there's usually something new to try. There are rarely holes on shelves, and they do a good job with stock. It's there. It's efficient. It has booze. Works great.

The onion rings were passable but a bit oily. The chili is a full-bodied chili. It is thick and dense. The order came with no condiments for the burger but there was a tangy sauce in a cup for the onion rings. I enjoyed the burger and the chili, but the onion rings were average at best. The second time I ordered was the Philly Cheesesteak with no lettuce and no tomatoes. I also ordered a side of fries. The Philly Cheesesteak was really good and came on a nice bun. The french fries seemed overcooked, was oily, and average at best. The sandwiches at this restaurant are very good. The buns seem top-notch and the sandwiches are flavorful. The fried sides, though, are just average. I would give the sandwiches a 4, the french fries and onion rings a 2. That's why I give Zinks 3 stars.
