I got a pedicure here on Monday 6/21 and while I was extremely unimpressed at the time I decided not to make a review, however this morning when I woke up I noticed my cuticles were not only still in pain, but were red as well. This place LOOKS awesome but lacks actual skilled people providing services. During the pedicure my toes were not cleaned thoroughly and for some reason cuticle cutters were used instead of nail clippers which I'm assuming is why my feet look like this. It's very disheartening when u spend 75 dollars on ur nails and u don't get what u ask for . All I requested was for my nails to be short and rounded . When I noticed my nails were still very square and he wanted to paint them I reminded him that I would really like them rounded and he told me no problem. I really wanted to like this salon. Upon walking in it was clean, pleasant, friendly, upscale. Very enjoyable atmosphere. A friend recommended this salon to me and I had admired the set of nails she had put on, so I gave it a try too. The nail tech that worked with me for my acrylic nail full set seemed to know what she was doing at first, but as the service progressed, she filed 4 of my fingers until they were bleeding, and became angry when I voiced the pain. She also became visibly angry when one of my thumbnails didnt dry correctly. She said I hadn't been putting my hand into the UV light far enough. It was an extremely uncomfortable salon visit after the nail tech started my full set. The visit took 2 hours total, which was also unbelieveable for me. Upon walking in, the staff that greeted me and gave me a short consultation even said "the service you want today will be very quick and easy!" 2 hours , 4 cuts, and some scolding later I couldn't get out of there fast enough. DO NOT GO HERE. They cut me to the point of bleeding, laughed when I said it hurt. The shape is uneven, thick and not what I asked for. As a previous spa director, I will never go here again and tell everyone I know. I showed the front desk and they didn't do anything to make it right. I had the worst experience here!!! Do not waste your time or money! I paid over 40 bucks for what looked like a 5 year old could do blind folded. They use stickers for nail art and can't even put this on right. They did 2 coats but missed parts of my nails and tried to hide it with stickers. Instead of not charging me, they said to come back. I came here because my friends told me of the amazing service. So I was super excited...however my first time here was just decent, but I thought I'd try it again. my second time was a horrible experience especially because I brought my 3 year old daughter for the first time to get her nails done for Easter! She was so excited! When we got there I showed the nail technician a photo of what I wanted and she told me she could do it. I asked her to make it as short as possible with the ability to keep the almond shape in the photo. However she cut my nails so short and proceeded to give them a square look, I asked her many times to change it to the almond shape and she kept making it square after my third time telling her I don't want it square she proceeded to tell me "no looks good...your nail too short for almond" this is after I've already asked her to make it almond shape! Now, I have these ugly short nails which are all crooked and square. She also accidentally knocked my daughters water, orange juice and my cellphone on the floor..and on my daugther. After dropping the water, and orange juice she told us she'd cover my daughters nails (which were also poorly done) and upon paying for the nails at the cashier stated that she didn't have the authority to do that so I'd have to pay for both. I did however and now I will never be going back. I am so disappointed in this place. Customer service was poor, the service was poor and the price would've just been okay if the job was actually done well. read more

My two previous experiences here getting a gel pedicure were decent up until recently when I decided I wanted to get acrylic French nails done. I made an appointment a few days in advance and told them what I wanted when I made the appointment. I get a call a few days before my appointment asking if I can reschedule because the nail tech was sick. So I moved it a day out. On my appointment day I showed the nail tech what I wanted and he said he couldn't do it because that's pink and white tips. So then I was fine with regular acrylic and then French style gel nail polish. My nails came out horribly! The nail tech didn't have the foresight to tell me it wouldn't look like the picture I showed but proceeded to work on me. So I trusted him. BIG MISTAKE. You can see the acrylic tips underneath the polish. The tech said you can't tell if you don't look too closely. And he offered to put pink polish over the white polish to blend it together but the white polish started turning pink so I asked him to take the pink off. Then he started rushing on me towards the end too so there was polish on my fingers. Then he put cuticle oil on me and didn't bother to wipe it off like they usually do. So my nails were all greasy. When I went up to the front to check out and show the receptionist, she didn't apologize. They could've at least taken off the cost of the French polish $5. Never coming back here again. Save your money. This place is a joke. read more

This was the fastest appointment for an acrylic full set I've ever had. When I got back to my car I understood why. It's terrible. Every nail is a different length and shape. The gel polish over the top is poorly applied... so thin in areas you can see right through it. The tips applied don't really even fit some of my nails so she just filed them to hide it... except the gap isn't even painted over, making it even more noticeable. The people were nice. The establishment is comfortable. However, it's much more of a quantity over quality situation than a lot of the salons I've been to before. read more

I had a great pedicure here. I absolutely loved the staff. They were so courteous and did such a great job. The salon is clean and looks beautiful. The massage chairs are new and working good. The only thing I didn't like was $7 extra for the hot rock massage and she did it for less than 60 seconds on each foot. I really would've hoped it would've lasted a little bit longer so that's why I did not give it five stars but other than that I really really enjoyed this experience. read more

super pretty space, with really friendly nail techs. i got dip nails, which were a little lumpy in some places but the nail tech fixed some spots i pointed out. the set wasnt bad, there were just some inconsistencies i noticed after i left that were mildly annoying. i really liked how close my nail tech got the powder to my cuticle, because it has been a week and it looks as i just got them done. i also got a design done by joe, who is also a tattoo artist. he did a really great job on the design i wanted. i think it would be an amazing experience if i had just gotten acrylic instead. read more

I hesitated on writing this review, but people ought to know. I booked an expensive pedicure and a basic gel manicure. Both services were delivered at the same time. The receptionist could not be bothered to offer me a beverage and the nail tech had to track her down. He was a lovely lad, but he had to redo my gel polish THREE times and they still looked horrible. (Almost all my nails have since ripped off, which hasn't happened before.) The pedicure lady was lovely as well, but she tried to give me a massage treatment during the lad scrapping my gel off, again, not relaxing at all. Plus I informed them my right arm was injured but they still insisted that I stretched it across the chair in an uncomfortable position. There was nothing relaxing about this experience. When I left, I politely told the receptionist that double booking services wasn't a good idea and she glared at me. I still tipped 20% because I'm not a jerk but from top to bottom this "service" completely sucked and I will never go back there. This place clearly doesn't know what it is doing. read more

Going to new nail salons is a bit scary to me because they almost all provide bad service and sloppy nail jobs. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and actually talked to me the whole appointment which was nice because I usually sit there in silence because nail techs don't like to talk. She even made sure they were all even, took her time, had no bumps, fixed parts that looked messy. She communicated with me multiple times to make sure the design looked good to me and that it was something I was happy with. She was wonderful I wish I caught her name. Update!!! I loved the experience of this place, it has a nice spa feeling to it and it was clean and friendly. My appointment was fast and efficient and the woman doing my nails gave me some good tips on nail maintenance. I was thinking I had found my new go-to nail salon, so I was super bummed to see my nails chipping and scuffing after only a day. I got a gel manicure on acrylics (she didn't use the dip because I already had regular acrylics from another salon) so maybe that was why it isn't holding up since the dip is more their specialty, but I've never had gel nail polish chip after only a day. The polish she removed from my acrylics (from another salon) lasted 2 1/2 weeks and hadn't been chipped once. I use my hands an average amount and haven't done anything rough with them other than type and wash dishes, so I was pretty disappointed. read more

Two women checked in right before us and were waiting on the other 2 from their party. The girl at the front desk asked them if they wanted complimentary drinks but completely ignored us.They took all 4 once they had arrived after we had been waiting for 20 minutes. I told the front desk guy that we would be canceling our appointment and he said "okay". He didn't even ask why. Horrible customer service. Will not be back. I recently when back to this spa. I got a manicure and at first I was a little unsure from my previous experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Spa is very clean and everyone is so nice and helpful as previously discussed. I feel that this is a great place and I recommend this place to anyone. I learned--after giving them a very poor rating here on Yelp!--that their phones were down and...for days and their provider was sluggish in getting them back up and running. Came in today for a pedicure with my mom. Our nail techs were fabulous and did a lovely job! I hate to write something here because the service was wonderful! However, when one of the nail techs was not following the mask expectations and was absolutely rude to me, I felt I should share my experience and give other clients a heads up. I was on the end of the row of pedi chairs and next to me was a man doing a manicure for another client with an extremely loose fitting mask dangling under his face not actually covering anything but his chin. When one of his colleagues very politely asked him to put his mask on, he argued that the plexiglass was protecting his client. I spoke up that he was right next to me and I was not protected and felt unsafe, he mumbled about it being no big deal and said he did not need it on. WTF? You work there; it's not an option for you. I was shocked how absolutely arrogant he was and a place would allow their staff to pull this crap. It's putting the staff and clients at risk and in a very awkward situation. read more

I was a walk in first time customer and Caesar's bent over backwards to squeeze this 37 week pregnant mama in to their busy schedule. The wait was significantly shorter then quoted and was very comfortable in the high quality massage chair. Technician Kevin gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I recommend upgrading from the basic pedicure for the extended massage and other features, only $10 additional. I recently had a dipping powder manicure done and LOVE it!!! It lasts longer than gel and not as thick as acrylic. I also like how the gel colors are displayed in books versus on a ring that you have to flip through. They also offer all types of beverages such as wine, blended drinks, and of course water.
