The jambalaya was not very flavorful as well and the mussels not very tasty and the texture most a too mushy. The guinea fowl is a good one, the texture is soft and smooth. Not overly oiled. And the fowl flavor is strong. Yet, 28$ for only one piece is just too pricey.
