They have a wide selection of coffee imported from different regions of Mexico and also internationally (including India, Columbia, and Brazil). For each type of coffee, they have 5 selections with dimme being the strongest and Roberta Espianoza the lightest. You could also have special request to your coffee such as making more acidic or using soy milk if you are lactose intolerant. Since I'm not a big fan of bitter coffee, I ordered a Roberta Espianoza latte with a trenza de queso y arandanos (which is basically a cranberry bread pastry). For actual breakfast, I had a chilaquiles con roja (red sauce), juevo (egg), y pollo (chicken). The coffee was exactly what I expected: lightly toasted with a slight milky aroma aftertaste. They even gave me mineralized water to purify any aftertaste so I can relive every tasteful bless through each sip. The trenza de queso y arandanos was not overly sweet and the cranberry was just barely enough to be noticeable. It complimented really well with the latte. The highlight of the breakfast was definitely the chilaquiles. It wasn't just a life experience, it was life changing! The flavor was very robust. There was just enough spiciness to give a kick. If this was a classic Mexican breakfast, then the Americans better step up their game. As far as the service goes, it was muy excellente! Our server actually knew how to speak English and guided us through the menu, which was only available in Spanish. He also recommended to us some popular touristy spots in Mexico City, which I really appreciated. If I could give 6 stars to this place, I would do it in a heartbeat. As it said coffee with sugar or coffee without sugar. I'm guessing it's the type of beans you'd buy if you drink your coffee that way. On the bottom was single origin coffee which was what I was looking for. I took a pic and asked a barista at another coffee shop which coffee she preferred. I ended up getting a kilo of Pulma Hildago and Cordoba. They were both medium roast. I'm drinking the Pulma Hidalgo it's slightly sweet and has mild citrus notes. I really like it. After doing more research they also have Marago beans. I wish I had done my research at the time because Marago beans are quite rare. They are taller trees so they are harder to pick and they also give less beans so farmers don't usually plant them. They are also the largest coffee beans, called elephant beans. I don't know if they taste good but I wish I tried it. I like this place, lots of Mexican single origin beans and even some rare varietals.

Juan told me that they have over thirty different types of coffee beans that we're grown all over Mexico. You would be very hard pressed to find any place like this outside of Mexico.
