500g of fresh roasted whole coffee beans.
Bill S.

Buried deep in the back of a large covered busy market, this coffeehouse offers a full range of coffee preparation styles (Chemex, siphon pot, Aeropress, drip cone, espresso), fresh roasted beans (on site), fruit smoothies, latte, etc.. I watched the barista grind, prepare, and brew my coffee (Chemex) and he was knowledgeable and proud of the job he did. I not only got an excellent cup of coffee, I also purchased a 500g bag of fresh roasted (two days ago) beans to take home with me. I will be back...

LOVE this place. We go here every day we are in Mexico City if not two times a day. The coffee is off the charts good and it's in a very cool location.

Yum!

Coffee quality is amazing! Love their house blend. I make it a point to buy 3 to 5 kg of coffee beans every time I visit Mexico City.

Best coffee in CDMX, hands down. It's worth the trek to this location. The espresso is amazing.

During our recent trip to Mexico City, we finally explored the Condesa neighborhood and stopped at…read moreFicelle, a bakery I had seen recommended on TikTok. The pastries and service were delicious. While they do not have indoor seating, it was very pleasant to sit outside on the sidewalk and people-watch. We tried three different pastries: a plantain pudding pastry, a fruity meringue pastry, and a very unique peanut butter and chapulines cruffin. All were excellent. My only piece of constructive feedback is regarding the payment process. We had to pay for the pastries separately from the coffee, which made the experience less smooth. It would be much more convenient if everything could be paid for on a single check. Overall, it was a wonderful spot!

The service was attentive and friendly--occasionally a little slow, but that's part of the relaxed rhythm of being in Mexico. The outdoor seating is charming, surrounded by greenery and decorated with natural plants, which creates such a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. I especially enjoyed the Betty juice made with beets--it was fresh, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. The pastry selection feels endless, unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere in Mexico. During our visit, they were offering pan de muerto for Día de los Muertos, with a creative twist: a rich chocolate filling. It was outstanding! Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful experience here--delicious food, a beautiful setting, and a bakery that truly makes you want to come back again and again.
