First time trying this restaurant and so glad we did. Very fresh food, great service, and very large portions. Very tasty variety!

THE BEST gyros in town!! And the owner is so nice, always smiling & takes pride in his food. Get the jumbo gyro, only $1 more than the regular size, and so much more meat! I love this place just as much as I like Cafe Aladdin on 6th Ave N in Fargo. Same menu, same atmosphere, same great food as the other shop. I recently discovered the Kufta Kabobs. This is a great meal. Lots of great choices for lunch and dinner. The fries are great, but I have taken to getting the curried rice lately. I recommend it. read more

Cafe Aladdin has two locations, one in north Fargo and one in south Fargo. I have eaten at both locations recently and was not impressed either time. I ordered the gyro plate each time, once with rice and once with hummus. The gyro meat is good, but that's about it. The gyro did not come in a traditional pita with feta cheese, lettuce, and cucumber sauce; they served a pile of gyro meat with cut-up pita "triangles" on the side. The side salad and hummus were both horrible tasting and the soda machine was out of syrup for all varieties. The worst part was the $14.00 tab for such disappointing food. read more

I served in Desert Storm. This is the best middle eastern food I have had outside Saudi Arabia, and things are a lot cleaner. Two brothers are the owners of three restaurants and they keep the food and service top notch. My wife loved the Gyro which any one from the middle east will tell you is a swarma and was invented there and not in Greece. read more

Great Middle Eastern food off the beaten path in Fargo.

The cheese pie and pecan blossom were the best part of my meal but they were a bit over priced in my opinion. I did not like the chicken gyro at all. Had to order through fooddudesdelivery.com and it took over an hour for delivery to my hotel 13 minutes away. Had to order a minimum of $15 but then they charge 4.99 for delivery. Did not have change and neither did the person delivering so I had to tip her $5 bucks. Would not have originally tipped that much for this. Will not order from here again. read more

Amazing food. First Greek food spot I've tried since moving to North Dakota a year ago, and I loved it. I ordered the gyro plate, an order of falafel, and had 2 pieces of baklava. Good food, usually friendly staff. The prices are kinda high. The wait can be awhile despite them using microwaves. They use purchased packaged pita bread. Besides this though they are enjoyable and unique, I will continue to go back. read more

Delish food. I don't know what "traditional" gyros taste like nor contain, as someone else was complaining about, but it tastes good. It tasted fresh, the meat in it was super tender and delicious. The greens were crisp. The sauce(s) tasted great. I understand you can buy the meat by the pound from this place? I will be seeking that out in the future! read more
