The place is lovely, the staff super friendly, prices very agreeable and the girlfriend and I both agreed, the ice cream better than the others. This is one of those places that just "gets" good food - from the sandwiches (grilled cheese to die for) to the salads (watermelon feta & tomato !!) to the amazing pizzas to the awesome coffee and deserts there is literally nothing that I don't like. Of course everyone has a favorite so I can never leave without taking some of the deviled crab with me - it is literally one of the best things I have ever eaten in my entire life. I thought the plain whipped ice cream which seems to be their staple was pretty bland. The Snickers ice cream was again not what it should be. I think I had maybe 6 or 7 spoonfuls until I actually gave up. Maybe an off day for the ice cream makers? I dunno. But based on what I got I probably wont be back. As well as the standard ice cream they do sundaes, sandwiches, salads and other light lunches, hot and cold drinks and sweets and gifts to take away. However, in the summer it's ideally placed on the seafront for you to buy your cone to go take a stroll along the prom, with great views of Peel Castle and the beach.
