Bee You is a healthy cafe, offering a variety of options, including energy drinks, protein shakes, fresh cold pressed juices, Cold Brew Coffee, loose leaf teas, protein balls & smoothie bowls. I first went to Bee You for a Yelp Elite Event and tried one of their energy teas. They are sugar free teas that come in a TON of flavors that you can mix and match. There's 3 base flavors, then about 20 different add on flavors you can mix in. The tea was delicious and I loved that it was sugar free. They also had peanut butter protein balls for the event, which were also tasty. I went back a couple weeks later with my wife and we both tried another flavor of tea and both were also great. Employees are friendly, there's usually plenty of free on street parking in the village, prices are fair, and drinks are also pretty big. I keep wanting to try coffee or juice, but the teas are just so good I keep going back for more. Definitely stop by if you're in the area. read more

Made the mistake of heading into down during trick-or-treating, so it was a madhouse but the ladies behind the counter were quick and attentive to their customers! I went with the Cake Batter Protein shake which had a nice subtle flavor and wasn't overly sweet. It reminded me of Birthday cake ice cream. It kept me full for hours! I really loved this place and I wish it was in Fayetteville not Baldwinsville so I could go to it more. That is probably my only knock for Bee You. Great local place for coffee and other drinks. Located in center of baldwinsville across from the bank. Service was speedy and the baristas made it easy to know what's on the menu even for our first time. Also met the owner who was a great host. Stopped in the other day and checked out this cute place in Baldwinsville. I literally wanted to try everything they had to offer. They have a list of shakes I may have to work my way through!! I decided to try one of their quinoa bowls. I got the one with bananas and chocolate PB protein sauce. They serve it warm and it was very good. This was the first time I've ever had quinoa in a "sweet combination". I've had it often in savory bowls other places. I was definitely intrigued. The women who were working there were friendly and I am sure I will be stopping in again. The only thing that bothered me was that there were no prices listed for anything. The quinoa bowl I tried cost $11.50. Which may be in alignment with today's prices, but I felt it was a bit high. I hate having to ask for the price of things so I wish they would just post them. On the other hand, if I'm going to splurge and eat something out I'm definitely going to go to a local place. My daughter and I stopped here on a Wednesday right around lunch time. It was packed when I walked in but we were able to order right away and received our orders very quickly. I ordered the most delicious salad bowl with quinoa, chick peas, beets and a dollop of 3 different kinds of hummus, all made in house. I chose to have grilled chicken added for the extra protein. I was blown away at how fresh everything was and how amazing it all tasted. I actually ate half and brought the other half home for dinner. My daughter ordered her favorite peanut butter smoothie and we sat out on their patio, which was adorable with just enough shade to make it comfortable. I cannot recommend this adorable little cafe enough. So grateful to have it in my hometown of Baldwinsville. read more

Stopped into this cute, new place right in the village of Bville. They were pretty busy for a weekday afternoon, which is a great thing!!! I was greeted as soon as I walked inside. The young employee was sweet and knowledgeable. They have so many different nutrition shake flavors! They are all packed full of vitamins and nutrients, as well as protein! I decided to try the shamrock shake flavor as I am a huge McDonald's shamrock shake fan boy did this not disappoint! I now have a way healthier version I can get all year long. Stopped by Cafe Bee You for their Patio Party. When you arrive you place your order at the register and then can sit where you'd like if you're planning to stay to eat and drink. The cafe is a cute little place with some seating inside and also out on the patio. When you pass by the cafe you don't notice the patio much because there's a sign for Mohegan Manor at its entrance, so it looks like it's just for Mohegan Manor. I sat outside on the patio to enjoy my order. I ordered the Plain Jane Avocado Toast and a Chunky Monkey shake. Both were so good! My sister ordered a bowl and a smoothie. I'm not sure what she ordered, but both tasted really good from what she said. I did find that the food prices were a little high, but the smoothies were average price for the drinks. I really liked what I ordered and I'd definitely recommend to give this little place a try. I plan to return for sure! read more

This place was not what I expected but so glad I came! Went on a Saturday morning 1 hour to closing time and the place was so busy but they moved quickly. We opted for the meal replacement shake and it actually comes with a side tea with aloe. There are so many options to chose from it's like you could go here every day for several months and always get something new. The meal replacement shake combo was $10 and totally filling. Most of their meal replacement shakes are 250cals, 9 grams of sugar, around 18g of carbs, 25g of protein, have fiber and have a scoop of vitamins. They have a nutrition club you can join that is free where they will have someone sit down with you fir 20 minutes and talk about your health and nutrition too if that is something you are in too.
