I love it here! It's definitely a little pricier but the food is so fresh and yummy. I go here often for lunch for work and it definitely gets busy. I would say the one downfall is how hard parking can be between 11-1pm. However it doesn't stop me from coming. Their employees are the kindest! If you're short on time they have a great mobile ordering system. They always have the food ready at the time your mobile order says it'll be ready. It's really hard to pick a favorite menu item! The entire menu looked so delicious. My mother and I happened upon this place while out on a shopping day & looking for a place with something refreshing to drink. I was mainly looking for somewhere with bubble tea... but we arrived, looked at the menu, and opted to both grab something to eat too. We ended up both ordering taro blueberry bubble teas, then she ordered a 'Alex's Spring Roll Noodle Bowl' ($15), while I ordered a 'Antoun's Poke Bowl' ($15). I appreciate that GOOD Eats and Sips generally seems to cater to more healthy - especially vegan or gluten free diets - I just wasn't especially impressed. Upon receiving our bubble teas, it was clear that the non-dairy creamer used had separated at some point during the process of making our teas... so the top of the bubble tea was covered with curd-like bits. My mother thought the noodle bowl was good, and my poke bowl was okay. It was quite a small bowl for the $15 price point (I can usually get something at least 2x the size for that price - whether from one of my "go to" poke places, or from places I'll find while out and about). The salmon pieces were large chunks - 4 or 5 of them - which were somewhat difficult to get all mixed into the bowl and eat. It'd be nice if the salmon pieces were cut into smaller pieces so that they could be more manageable while eating. It's entirely possible I've been spoiled by having been to some really delicious, healthy spots that offer vegan or gluten free offerings (I don't have those dietary restrictions myself, but have plenty of friends that do - and so frequently enjoy those types of eateries), so maybe that's why GOOD Eats and Sips just doesn't stand out for me... I don't know. What I do know is that I was really quickly put off by the curdled looking non-dairy creamer on top of my bubble tea, and the rest of the experience just kinda fell in line as a bit disappointing. :-/ TL;DR Not on my list of eateries that I'm in a rush to return to, sorry. read more

This could be the film set for a small town Christmas cafe. The people are nice and helpful, they don't rush anyone, and the decoration around the cafe is homey with a touch of whimsy. They have some standard brunch fare like strawberry banana smoothies, but they also take a chance on some interesting combinations, like the Skanbowl, with a base of banana, mango, Greek yogurt, almond milk and spirulina. Just make sure that if you get it to go, you keep it balanced, or when you get home, it'll just look like a bowl of green goo :P My favorite was the Orchard Queens greens bowl with a bunch of cool, underrated veggies (broccoli stalks, kohlrabi, brussel sprouts, kale, radicchio, carrots) with apples, pomegranate, pecans, dried cranberries and feta. The maple curry dressing was pretty novel and, though definitely not normally a fan of any particular dressing, my favorite part of the bowl. Just wish that it wasn't a December special so that I could have it all the time! read more

What a cute place across from the park. We ordered our latte, coffee, and boba tea and sat around the center bar while we waited for our drinks. I really liked how you ordered up front but then picked up the drinks at the coffee bar in the back, as it encouraged even takeout orderers to come inside and sit a while. The lattes were good, and another party member really enjoyed their boba milk tea. We took them across the street and walked down the pier to watch the fish and the birds. Let me set the scene, my man wants pizza. It's hot out, I'm in my skimpiest bikini trying to dump his a$$ for one of the old man millionaires walking around Skaneateles. I told him no.. I need a healthy lunch... I'm not going to get all bloated with pizza. I Spot GOOD eats. Looks cute and healthy. Then... I walked in: Overall it gives Air port kiosk vibes. First off, there's this maddening rotating tv screen with the menu. So while you're trying to figure out what to order , the menu is replaced by a picture of a smoothie. (I ordered the pictured smoothie because I couldn't wait 5 mins before the menu came back. It was the purple smoothie and it was tasteless/watery) . I ordered Marie's noodle bowl and it was 50% spring mix ? My man ordered Don's hangover noodle bowl which he was unable to eat because it was so salty (the ingredients are salty but it definitely tasted like salt was added on top of it all).. Overall I had a bad time. I just wanted a cutsie healthy girlie lunch by the lake , ya know? Instead, I lost like $50 to a business that feeds on the idea that you will be a hot little Skaneateles girlie. I've been here twice hope visiting from FL and love it especially since it has options for those who want to eat a little healthier. I had their sugar milk boba tea which was amazing and also caramel macchiato with Oatmilk. The only dish I've had there twice bc I love it so much is Don's (I think?) Hangover noodle bowl and I highly recommend it. My husband has had their bagel sandwiches which he liked. The cafe is small but very cute, cozy and inviting. Nothings better than some good ramen and boba and let me tell you, it was fantastic. The ramen was so good it had me wanting to drive back for seconds and the boba was just as great. Whoever made the boba deserves a raise, they certainly weren't afraid to add some extra boba which as a boba lover, made my meal. Cute little place right outside the Judge and swim spot by the lake. We ordered two bowls- the hangover and the Buffalo. Both were good though my friend thought his noodle bowl was too spicy. Maybe add a notation on the heat (?) would be helpful as it is spicier than a normal expectancy. My bowl was very flavorful and worth the cost. I wish I would have taken a photo of it as I think it looked better than the one pictured on their website (though chicken did have a large inedible portion of gristle?) I'm glad it wasn't busy at all though because it took quite a long time to get our meal. I can't imagine the wait if there was anyone else looking for food. All in all a good experience. read more

This place is legit. Food is really tasty, high quality ingredients, lots of healthy options and good offerings for vegetarians/vegans. Well executed menu. Good coffee, other drinks sound interesting, but haven't tried any yet. Online ordering is easy and quick, ordered takeout 3 times so far, no errors or lengthy waits yet. Only gripe is that it's just a touch expensive, but given the location, it makes sense. Oh and I wish they were open later in the evening, 7pm is a tough closing time for grabbing dinner. 8 or 9 would be much better. They do have a few tables and the atmosphere is nice, but it seems more takeout oriented. Given the state of the world right now, that's fine and what we should all be doing anyways. Their takeout/online ordering is really quick/safe, walk in and grab your order right off an alphabetized shelf. A great addition to Skaneateles, the concept is a good contrast to other offerings in town. read more

I gave one star because the ambiance is cute and the server was very friendly and sweet. This was a to go order and I specifically asked if I could swap out one salad dressing for another. I was told no problem and yet I was still charged for an extra dressing because they didn't swap it out they gave both. I will say I've never seen such a generous side serving of dressing however taste wise they were even worse than I expected. Both were vegan, over sweetened and tasted like someone just added some sugar and other ingredients to mayo (ranch and tahini). So now I paid for two inedible dressings. I added crispy tofu for $4. It wasn't crispy, it was bread coated fried tofu with zero flavor. I was at the end of a long drive to see a local friend who warned me the food was not good but I was hungry and it was one of the only vegan local options. So I ended up paying OVER $20 for a thoroughly unenjoyable salad. Corn was canned, the avocado was brown, the tomatoes were ok but cut haphazardly. The best part about the salad was the raw cucumber and frankly that's just sad! What makes it worse is I came from NYC where I would never pay that much for a beyond mediocre take out salad. Not sure where this establishment gets off with their prices but I would never go there again. read more

Never had a bad experience... they have gone out of their way to produce extremely healthy food that tastes out of this world. They are committed to customer service offering online ordering with a curb side pickup option and a contactless an experience as you want along with offering a more traditional order sit inside and eat experience too... they demonstrate a commitment to their customers in really every aspect they can control. Parking on Rt 20 in the summer in Skaneateles is what it is... but I've always found parking close and food is worth the walk if you had too park in the town lot. This little place is tucked away between a pizza/deli and a wine store, and it could be easy to miss. But if you're looking for some tasty vegan, gluten free or just plain yummy healthy food, this is definitely worth a stop. The space is like a Sweet Greens type -- nothing fancy but cool vegan-y colors. The food is the standout. It's especially celiac-friendly, as they label items on their menu, and even offer GF fried tofu as a topping for their bowls, which I love! It's crispy, light and delicious, and they fry it in a separate pan, so no cross-contamination worries. They also have GF ramen and GF rice noodles in a couple of bowls, so there's lots to choose from if you're avoiding gluten. I'm a latte, tea and kombucha fan too, and Good Eats has a selection of all of these. Good service, good food- definitely one of my favorite lunch place in Skaneateles. read more

I love this place! What a great addition to Skaneateles. I've tried almost everything on the menu and they keep adding delicious new items. Keeps me coming back to try more! My go-to is the Antoun's Poke Bowl. The salmon and overall seasoning is delish and the SSAM sauce I now add to everything! Absolutely love this place! The Hilary bagel has got to be my favorite go-to! Always fresh, the creaminess from the avocado and vegan cream cheese makes every bite worth it.
