(Love a smoothie bowl!) I got mango and raspberry with assorted fruit on top. No picture, because the to-go packaging damped down its full glory. The fruit tasted very fresh and was refreshing. Loved the blend. I got a mango juice - first sip wasn't as sweet as I initially expected, but overall it had a nice flavor. It was a bit pricey, and I did find one or two big chunks of ice in both. Do love the variety of fruit and menu options, so I will likely order again.

My favorite is the coconut base, which I've yet to find at any of the other spots in town. I've had the mermaid and the pearl, and those were both tasty. I also once ordered a massive cup of fresh fruit, which was just so refreshing and healthy. This is one of the few spots you can get healthy food like this in central-ish Syracuse. I think they cater mostly to the university and hospital crowd, but I do enjoy nipping in for a treat every now and then.

I always get the açaí base. I like the Beach Bum toppings - peanut butter that is definitely on the more natural side, chia jam (yum), crunchy, satisfying granola, and ripe sliced fruit. The service is good - I just wish it was a little quicker. It's possible to be the only customer in the store and still wait 10-15 minutes for just one bowl. Bubble tea is huge in Toronto and I visit places like this regularly to quench my thirst, however it's not something you see very often in Western New York so I was super duper excited to try this place out. The line was pretty long on Sunday due to people who were visiting the Salt City Comic-Con (I was not one of them) coming for tea. I was extremely thirsty from spending the last few hours out in the heat walking around the zoo so I decided to get a passion fruit slush which is something I had not had in the past. The drinks only took a few minutes to come out and from there it was love at first sip. The passion fruit slush had so much delicious fruity flavour that it made me rather irritated that i had to actually wait for some of it to melt because it was, well, slush. Usually when I'm at a bubble tea place I look for the chocolate option but this place taught me to be an adult and definitely go with something fruity! Overall, Kung Fu Tea is a fantastic addition to the Destiny USA mall! I highly recommend giving this place a try and experience the craze that will hopefully be sweeping the state soon enough!

They even run deals like buy a drink on national boba day and get 1 free the next week. My other kid has found they like the strawberry milk slush and now it's their go-to.
