That's a vanilla crème on an almond cookie and then infused with this Quebecois fruit called a melitot (I think). Like a subtle blueberry raspberry hybrid. If you check out the P'tit Caribou and find that (1) it's way too crowded, (2) you can't even talk to the person beside you b/c it's so noisy, or (3) you are old enough to be a parent to most people in the bar, then walk down the path to La Diable. The bar area can be crowded, but it's manageable... and the bartenders are fantastic! As for food, I HIGHLY recommend the wings! I asked for sauce on the side during my last visit, but they are good either way. Other highlights include the ribs (a must) and the sausage platter! Everything is tasty, and portions of plentiful.
