I could get convinced that the reviews were trustworthy too. My husband and I were delighted by the quality of the coffee. I must say that i was hoping for a slightly higher "coolness factor" from the cafe interior itself, as there are some really interesting pieces of vintage coffee-making equipment and the barista school within the cafe, even plenty of certificates from numerous barista competitions, including one personal guiness record entry hanging on the wall..... which could all be made into a very hip environment. However, by the end of our stay, I realized these guys are just about making excellent coffee and the rest doesn't matter that much after all... Fair enough!

While we enjoyed the pastries and the coffee, and also appreciated the ample bathrooms inside and upstairs, the gruff, unpleasant, non-tourist friendly service leaves a lot to be desired. If you have limited time in Innsbruck, go somewhere else. They don't deserve your vacation dollars here.
