Ignore all the other reviews. This place is fantastic. The service was excellent. We sat inside and had a great time listening to the music and talking with our server and bartender. Our server Bela was friendly and fun. I know it seems unusual to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe when traveling from USA to Austria but we were "Tyrollean" food enough. Came for the t-shirt, stayed for the duck burger. Yes, the December burger of the month was duck. Came with berry marmalade, oranges, and pickled shredded cabbage. Not my favorite but gotta try once. The place was the typical HRC experience. Loud music, some memorabilia on the walls and high priced burger and drink menu. I got there early and it seemed like no one was really assigned to me. Eventually I got fed and out the door. Probably not my most memorable HRC experience but not all can be. But I did walk away with the shirt. read more

I do want to begin by saying that if I was in the US, I would not seek out or choose to eat at a Hard Rock Cafe. There aren't a lot of chain restaurants that really appeal to me or leave me satisfied after. Butttt....when you're halfway around the world and just want some american food and veggies, this was a good option. We were seated quickly, as there was no wait. Our waitress was ok, but not super attentive. I went multiple times with an empty glass and had to keep asking for more water. Though I don't feel like this is uncommon at all in the area, I just don't know if europeans don't care if their glass is empty or the standards for service just aren't the same. Tipping is different there, so maybe that has an impact. What I did like is they local source some of their ingredients. The rolls are made by a local bakery chain and I think it said the beef was local as well. I ordered a burger and it was surprisingly good. I don't know if it is because I hadn't had one in quite some time or that I was comparing it to the other menu items in Austria that I'd been experiencing all week but it satisfied! You really need to emphasize if you want a rare burger over there too. I ordered rare and the waitress actually said, "So I will put i medium to medium-rare.". I reiterated that I want rare - like still bleeding. The burger was a good size too - 8 oz. I ordered veggies as a side just because I was wanting some veggies and they had been hard to come by. I think they were just frozen veggies - broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots - nothing great. I had the fries that came with the burger. They were ok. My husband upgraded his fries to the parmesan and they were essentially the same as mine with some parmesan cheese and additional spices on top. They didn't even really stick, so I don't know if I feel they were worth the upgrade as the toppings fell off into the dish. I think they came with an upgraded dipping sauce - he didn't even use it. For the cost, which was reasonable, it hit the spot. If I were back home, I don't think I would have been able to eat all of it but since I was starving and jonesing for the food, I polished it off, no problem! read more

YAASSSSS. Coming to Innsbruck is such a treat for being in between Germany and Italy. What's even better is taking a break from all the schnitzel and having a piece of home! First off, I would love to thank ALL of the staff that was working!! You guys were quick, helpful, polite, and honesty a pleasure talking to!! Our waiter even sat down to get to know us and did this with multiple people. It was very pleasant !! Now for food, of course it was amazing it's hard rock!! How can you not like it!! We sat outside and enjoyed the lovely overcasted day and being able to people watch. I'm so glad we came here and was greeted with such happiness!! read more

One star, the only reason why I even gave them one is because the quality of the food was okay. I feel like I could've have ran to Vienna and back by the time it took to get our checks. Our server was blatantly being disrespectful by talking to the table next to us for half an hour while we were waiting on our checks. Hard Rock if you are reading this fire Benjamin. P.S. if you decide to go to Hard Rock after this review I highly suggest the Garlic Fries though. read more

So my husband, me, and some friends happened to take a weekend trip to Austria and didn't really know where to eat in this little town. We were starving trying to find a restaurant that we'd all agree on. We saw hard rock and thought it was the best solution due to our hangry circumstance. Anyways, there was no wait and the waitress was kind and sat us on a table right away. My husband and I shared the jumbo combo and got a side of Mac n cheese. It was delicious! We didn't really care for the bruschetta, but the chicken tenders and wings tasted real good. Also, the spring rolls was decent. The portion was good for two people. It was pretty pricey, but it's expected since it's located right in the city center. We'd probably never go to a Hard Rock in the US, but it was a pretty good experience for us here. read more

This is a pretty small Hard Rock from my perspective. They didn't have a ton of memorabilia, and certainly nothing super cool. Service was friendly although fairly slow, but they were busy. They seemed to have a lot of staff but only 2 servers. Food was just ok. It seemed they just put pepper flakes or something in each of the dishes to make them have more flavor. Even chicken strips were super spicy when they don't need to be. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was piled high with pork, which was good. I just ate the pork with a fork and left the bun behind because there was no way to fit that whole sandwich in your mouth! Fries were ok, everything was ok, just nothing special. Bathrooms are down 2 flights of stairs. We really came here because my husband was craving a burger after 2 weeks of non-American food. He enjoyed it. The shop was fun - cool stuff as with all Hard Rock Cafes. Great location for sure - super convenient to the old town area! read more

The only Hard Rock I've been to, but it doesn't live up to its reputation. The staff was nice but the food could be described as "adequate" at best. It could be a cultural difference as I'm used to the flavors of American cuisine, but the fajitas were bland, the fries were lacking in seasoning, and the milkshake was more of a cool froth, not very refreshing. While the food wasn't amazing and the drinks were very overpriced, the staff was so friendly and personable. I love going to the different Hard Rock restaurants all over the world and this met my expectations. Very touristy, but still worth a visit. read more
