    Ham and Cheese Crepe

I love this kozy place:) Not noisy. We sat at the bar table closest to the window on snowy weekend morning. The Illy brand lattes was a great start:) We ordered Ham and Cheese Crepe and Breaded Prosciutto. What a perfect combination to spark conversations! Our host was lovely and we even ordered another set of lattes to go!

A reliable neighborhood spot. Love the ambiance during summer time. In their cute patio best fit with some aperol spritz. The service can sometimes be spotty but people are generally nice. My favorites are club sandwich and breaded prosciutto crepe (throws a curve ball at you... I didn't expect the crepe to look like this! But delicious!)

The espresso martinis are legit and have a shimmer of glitter! Super cute and the service is wonderful.

3.5 - good vibes for sure when the weather is nice! They have outdoor seating. Got the club sandwich and a Margarita pizza. I will say the margarita is literally just a cheese pizza. Would not get that again tbh but the club sandwich was good w the fries! The water and condiments u get urself but the staff was friendly.

basically pulled off the street by the vibes at Korzo - absolutely savoring these last couple days of outdoor seating. this is such a cute spot to relish in the warmth, people watch, and have a drink - the cocktail menu is lengthy and they have several wines. definitely a great spot for an Aperol spritz or a French 75. good happy hour too. - people around us were splitting the pizzas which looked thin and crispy and were large pies. the savory crêpes looked crunchy and warm, definitely a unique menu item! - the Mediterranean burger is $21 which was a bit off-putting but the serving is HUGE. it's a pound of moist delectable seasoned smashed sausage sitting in an oily thin pita-like bread. - the thick cheese spread side was so rich and creamy with a very slight tang that went perfectly with the peppery jam sauce - the cevapi is five stubby sausages inside the same pita bread. it comes with the same awesome sauces and is a smaller serving size. the sausages were succulent and each bite oozed flavor. - overall the menu is perfect for lunch or a happy hour. a sandwich or a split pizza with drinks. I think it's a dangerous place to go to for dinner as a simple Caesar salad with chicken is about $23. if they drop the prices of their salads, maybe I wouldn't have been so surprised by the menu.

Great little cafe in the neighborhood. The patio was full and very clean. Excellent service l. The server was a tall pretty woman who was super friendly and pleasant and hustling her butt off successfully covering the entire place on her own. The offerings were excellent and they had some very original crepes I've never seen before. Really good. Good sized portions and quality ingredients. Wonderful egg sandwich on croissant with a beautiful side salad. The avocado toast was outstanding. Presentation excellent. The crepes truly unique and wonderful. Kudos to the chef! I'll definitely stop in again this week. It may be one my new go to in the hood.

Came here for dinner on a Friday night. It was busy and the cafe is small and cozy, so it may be difficult to find a seat. It's a very casual vibe. The service was good and fast. The espresso martini was a bit too sweet for my liking but I loved the presentation. The pizza was delicious - the cheese pull on it could go on forever.

The bartenders are always very friendly and check in often which is always appreciated. You're always immediately given little pretzels to snack on which I love as a unique touch. It was the right move because it had the kind of chill vibe we were seeking after a long flight from SFO. Fortunately there were two seats at the bar with our names on them. Figuratively speaking. They had quite a signature cocktail list on hand, and we felt it was our obligation to try as many as we could. At least that was what we said to ourselves as the evening wore on. Each cocktail was $14. We started with a couple of familiar libations. Jamie ordered the Mint Julep, a delightfully Deep South mix of bourbon, simple syrup, and fresh mint (photo: https://yelp.to/u-td8LdPLj). I went further south with the Pineapple Margarita which was emboldened by a tropically potent mix of pineapple infused tequila, lime juice, and agave (photo: https://yelp.to/V-Sf6Q_2qK). We got a bit bolder with our second round and found mixed results. Jamie had the Not Your Mom's Daiquiri which amped up the margarita by blending pineapple-infused tequila with Bacardi 8-year rum. Along with fresh lime and simple syrup, this one definitely had more of a kick (photo: https://yelp.to/1ZijDf6wMV). However, my order, the Pontiac Pony, was a spicy miss for me. It was a rather oddball mix of apple-cinnamon infused vodka, pear liqueur, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and ginger beer (photo: https://yelp.to/5dQoFdzG98). There was just a harshness that didn't sit well on my tongue. Oh well, the mellow vibe was cool. The table was beautifully set with red cloth napkins and small lanterns adding to the ambiance of the place. He welcomed adding our own decorations- paper placemats and a balloon bouquet. The individual printed menus at each setting described the wine choices, the first course Meze, the Main course choices , and 2 Desserts. Each course was tastier than the next! We chose: 1st course 2 platters of Mixed Meze, homemade bread, 2 Mushroom Tava, and 2 Calamari. 2nd course: 3 platters of "Mixed Plate for two" had Chicken kebab, Beef delight, Lamb Delight, Lamb Chops, Haydara, Ezme, Fries, and Rice. 2 Orange Salmon platters and Green Olive Salad. 3rd course: Baklava and Coconut Cake. The portions were more than enough for the 10 guests In order to try almost every food choice. Our server, Maine, timed each course very well. He also cleared European-style waiting until everyone was done eating. A pleasurable change as we weren't rushed! The water glasses and wine glasses were consistently filled. Though we had dined at Avaspi for both Happy Hour and Dinner, all 8 guests expressed how enjoyable the cuisine, wine selection, service and ambiance was throughout the evending. The restaurant itself is cozy and trendy and the service was excellent despite our large group. I had the half dozen oysters and the beef tare tare to start. Both were amazing, but the real star of the dinner was the steak. You guys, the steak was cooked perfectly and also was packed with flavor. It came with a smear of this unctuous, umami sauce and hints of garlic. If I could, I would eat this everyday. Our server was really attentive. Her pacing was perfect and she was very personable. Again, she did an amazing job considering the size of our party and how often we were ordering cocktails. The location was also great! At first I was a bit weary about how far away from Boystown it was, but it was a nice 10 minute walk back. It gave us time to digest our food. Overall, an amazing experience.
