This is a bittersweet review as this establishment recently closed. But I still feel the need to give them their props as I was definitely going to add Lost Never Found (LNF) to my rotation of places to hang out at. I happened to discover LNF during a Yelp Event when LNF turned into Rudolph's Bar, a jolly holly Xmas Extravaganza! I do not believe there was a single spot in the bar that had not been covered in Xmas decorations. It was total sensory overload to the point I did not put up any directions 2025 because I had seen enough at LNF. HAHAHAHAHA! On the strength of the food and drinks that night, I decided to go back once all of the Xmas hoopla was over. Going back in 2026 was a more subdue, but enjoyable time for me. As I mentioned in my 2025 review, even with all the Xmas decoration, the overall vibe was a step up from the typical bars around the Cubs playground. I would have loved a regular girls night out there instead of the last hurrah of me and The Queen. I had mentioned to her about the cocktails and the pizzas I had during the Yelp event and we decided to stop in before heading to the Alamo Drafthouse for a movie. Me and The Queen go the Spicy Sausage pizza and those fries, since I talked about the food to her. Again it was really good, with the crust still being nice and thin. The Queen did not think it was all that spicy, but she eats Hell Ramen Level 4, so I do not look to her for confirmation of hotness when it comes to food. We had cocktails and The Queen (because she was driving) had a Margarita made with a zero proof Tequila. I have to say it was not that bad and I got one and added Prosecco to it...delish. Me and The Queen had a great time chatting, eating and drinking at LNF, but were both sad that we were going to miss out on the opportunity to turn this into one of our rotation hangouts. But I will always be grateful for them introducing me to their Red Bull Winter Spritz. Since that Yelp Event, I have bought three cases of Red Bull Sugar-Free Fuji Apple and Ginger Winter Edition Energy Drink to make the cocktail. Not sure if it is exactly how they did it, but it works for me. So long LNF, it was good knowing you, even if it was for a short time. Deuces! read more

My goal is to try 50 new Chicago restaurants in 2025! Restaurant: 63/50 Month tried: November Favorite dish: I would not eat here again Woooof. We had a reservation for 9 am the day of the Michigan/Northwestern game at Wrigley Field. Figured we would have a quick brunch then go enjoy the pre-game atmosphere. Well, when we had been sitting for nearly 30 minutes with no server to be found, we started to get nervous. She finally came over and while she was sweet, really just nothing went right. A food runner brought out a tray that appeared to have all of our orders, but then only served one plate before walking away. It was a solid 10-15 minutes before anyone else's meals were brought out, and even then it was one plate at a time every few minutes, not the rest of the order at once. And everything was cold. Every single item. The chicken and waffles felt like it came out of the fridge it was so cold. And the worst part - we had a member in our party with a severe nut allergy, who told the server 3 times. She noted it, and made sure he would get white toast instead of wheat. When his meal came, there were two huge pieces of wheat toast with visible nuts across his ENTIRE plate. Touching every piece of food. He said again that he was allergic, and they just removed the toast and handed the plate back. It had already touched everything! Since at this point we had to leave soon for the game (and because we now couldn't trust a kitchen that doesn't understand a nut allergy), we just had them remove his order from the check and he didn't get to eat. The server did take 20% off the total bill and gave us a gift card to make up for our terrible experience. Like I said, she was very nice and trying her best. She was just at the mercy of the kitchen being behind and screwing up. But as a Wrigleyville restaurant, you MUST be able to handle lots of customers on a game day. That's like the one thing Wrigley bars need to be good at. This is just not an environment I would choose to be in again, especially for the steep prices. We'll use the gift card for drinks at the bar on a non-game day, and wipe our hands of Lost Never Found. read more

What an unmitigated BLAST we had this weekend at Lost Never Found!! We experienced an unexpected drag show, with hilarious queens strutting around and giving RuPaul a run for her money--the atmosphere was super high energy. The atmosphere is 10 stars out of 5-Christmas glitter and glam as far as the eye can see!! They have different rooms with new color themes and places to take group selfies--people were really going for it!! So much fun. We first sat at the bar and I assumed the service would be sporadic--I was mistaken!! We enjoyed a fantastic tower of mimosas (orange, kiwi, strawberry , pineapple and guava) and other cocktails, plus ordered two of the best appetizers I've had in a long time--garlic Parmesan truffle fries (to die for) and a delectable spinach artichoke dip, both served promptly and piping hot. After the show we moved to a table and enjoyed a wonderful pizza--arugula, burrata and truffle honey--girlllll... It was fabulous. Four of us could not finish it! We closed out with the irresistible cookie shots - shots served in soft, edible cookie shotglasses, the insides are coated in chocolate so the liquor doesn't soak in. We ordered 3 of the types--thin mint, chocolate horchata and Toasted S'mores. The toasted smores one was not a hit, but the others were scrumptious. Our waitress was terrific, fast, fun and informative. She even gave us a bottle of water each as we were wrapping up our shots--so nice!! Please note that all this Christmas cheer comes at a cost; each cocktail clocks in around $17 each. Three cookie shots was $40, too--so it really added up. Really fun holiday decorations for their "Rudolph" experience. Beautiful decor! Very friendly staff. The food was just okay but the drinks were quite tasty. I love my hot chocolate and mocktail, and I appreciate that we were given water bottles as soon as we entered. The meatballs were a bit dry and the sauce was lackluster. Lovely Sunday funday at this establishment. Came to have a few cocktails with my husband before the end of the day. This venue was decorated to the max for the upcoming Christmas holidays. Every nook and cranny has Christmas all over it. Even though turkey day hasn't happened, we were into it. For this occasion we sat at the bar. It was slammed. Only two bartenders and one bar back made for a long wait. I only ended up getting one cocktail because by the time they got around to the asking again, I was ready to go. For drink I order the Prixkly B*tch which was a play on a prickly pear margaritas. It was good and well balanced. For food, I ordered the Spinach Dip with was served pipping hot with crusty toasted bread. It was really delicious. I wished I grabbed the meatballs too but we had dinner plans. All in all, cute venue and would return. Scored a super cute selfie with my love and we had a good time. An added benefit is that Wrigleyville Christmas Market is up and popping across the street. Rudolph's Bar at Lost Never Found is such a fun holiday pop up. Every room is fully decorated and there are so many photo opportunities. During the day it is very family friendly, and in the evening it turns into a festive spot with themed holiday cocktails and food. The cookie shots and cookie skillet were really fun to try. The cocktails are very strong, which many people will love. The food was good and exactly what you would expect from a holiday pop up experience. The atmosphere is the real highlight here. Found this place that claims you can't. It seems everyone else located it too because it was jam packed. Lost Never Found is one of the places to drink and eat in Wrigleyville. A busy place even when there's not a game. They have a pretty big menu with tons of things. Amazing that we got seats at the bar. It's got a pretty impressive happy hour. This is on Sundays and Tuesdays to Fridays which is a lot of times you can come and save. A lot of things to get. They have a crap ton of alcoholic beverages and big food like pizzas. It's $8 at happy hour for a cocktail. We got a couple of these. Best we had was the Never Island. This is Cointreau and Monkey 47 gin mixed with guava, lime, orgeat, passion fruit, and pineapple. It's about $13 for a pizza at happy hour. The one we got was the Veggie Pizza. Big ass one. This has caramelized red onions, roasted broccoli, and white wine braised mushrooms. Certainly it gets big crowds. It's closed Mondays. The best things for sharing are pizzas. read more

Made a 7pm reservation, not realizing they closed at 8 on Sundays. They messaged me and were super accommodating in changing it. Upon arrival we realized happy hour was from 4-7. This was SUCH a great deal (bar only but there were overflow tables and we snagged one.) The drinks were outstanding and well priced ($8!!) We tried a bunch of them, and grabbed some happy hour apps as well. The burrata was amazing, and the chicken fingers they brought out was the biggest portion I've EVER seen. This place is like stepping into a sparkly winter wonderland! All the rooms are filled with lights and ornaments hanging from the ceiling. They even had an area set up with ring light for a selfie zone. The employees wearing Christmas pjs was also a fun and festive touch. We ordered holiday versions of a margarita and mule. I've reviewed this spot before but I am throwing my recommendation out there for any brides/bridesmaids planning a bachelorette in Chicago! I came here for happy hour to kick off my bachelorette weekend and it was a blast. Every room is so cute and it was the perfect vibe for a girls weekend. We had a group of 7 and were sat right away, and they had happy hour throughout the restaurant (normally it's bar area only) so we had very affordable drinks and snacks. A friend wanted to come here for her birthday because the happy hour sounded great on the website. However, note that you are only entitled to the happy hour if you are physically seated at the bar. If this is your policy, fine, I get it. But if you look at the site, it seems pretty intentionally ambiguous. Under the happy hour section, the site states "Excludes Mondays / Select Dining Areas," which to me sounds like there may be a few spots where they cannot provide the happy hour for whatever reason, as opposed to the reality which is that it excludes all dining areas. Surely they are off the hook with the technicality of their wording, but what that conveys to me is that you're shady...just say "bar only" or something, don't be vague in order to get people there just to tell them "ohhh sorry that's only if you're at the bar." We had a party of 12 - a large group - but it didn't seem like they cared if they received our business or not - the server made sure to convey that right away. Mind you, everyone in my party was being completely polite and understanding, but inside I was like .....?? But whatever, we ate there anyway. I will say their fries were very good, but everything else was aggressively mid and made me feel like I was having 3D-printed food - nicely presented, bland-tasting. Cocktails and martinis are $8! Appetizers (and pizzas) are half price and full sized! The garlic shrimp, fried calamari, and bbq pizza were delicious! There is a 3% restaurant charge on the bill and then there was also a 20% service fee (which I assume was a tip). Bartenders were quick and attentive. I had dinner at Lost Never Found last night for a friend's birthday. It wasn't too crowded for a Saturday night and the decor was very cute. Love a woman owned business! The menu had a variety of different things on it from Pizzas, Salads, Handhelds, Apps and a few dinners. We all started with Mocktails and I LOVE a place that has a mocktail menu. I had a mocktail with popping boba and it was delicious. For the table we ordered the special sampler appetizer that had a variety of fried foods. It was good, nothing to brag about. We also shared a Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza with truffle honey and we all really enjoyed it. My only gripe about the place is how loud they turned up the music at 8pm. We were able to actually talk to each other for the first hour but then as soon as 8pm hit, we were screaming at each other to be heard. I get that it's a bar, but there was no dancing going on anywhere and by 10pm the music got much quieter. I wouldn't choose this place for dinner again due to the fact that I can't have conversation with my friends and the menu was a tad pricey for what you get. Otherwise, it's a nice spot in Wrigleyville and nothing too fancy. read more

The space is done very well with lots of trendy decor and signage. There's even a ring light set up in one of the rooms to snap photos with friends! It's the perfect spot to grab drinks in Wrigleyville that feels a little more upscale, since many Wrigleyville spots have a more casual feel. They even had zero proof tequila and were able to make me a margarita -- so that was a nice treat! It tasted delicious. My friends who drank the traditional cocktails said they were really tasty as well. Our server was SO kind and constantly checking on us and refilling our waters and cocktails. The only downside was the food unfortunately. The menu is pretty random, which makes ordering hard. The fried pickles we started with were decent, but the pizza was pretty meh. If it was based on the food alone, it would probably be a 3 star experience, but the service and ambiance definitely made up for that. I would be back for drinks! read more

The brunch vibes and the drinks here are good but the food is just average. I came here for brunch on a Saturday afternoon with two friends. Parking was hard to find so we actually just missed the brunch menu but it wasn't a big deal. The inside is decorated super cute and at first the music was a hit. I'm a hip hop/r&b fan but shortly after settling in the playlist switched to a more pop/techno vibe. No biggie, I understand you have to have something for everyone. Anyways, we started with some holiday drinks, 2 mules, a tequila drink and an order of nachos. The drinks (although they took awhile) were tasty and the tequila one (my drink) was pretty strong. The nachos were unfortunately cold and when we asked our waitress about it, she said that their nachos are not normally served warm so we just ended up sending them back. After that, I ordered a pizza and my friends ordered wings. They also ordered a side of fries. The pizza was good. The wings were ok, good, but nothing you would specifically go back for. The fries were cold and the dips that came with them especially the garlic one seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Overall, I think the inside is super cute. Came here for a birthday and music bingo on a Thursday evening and had a great time. The restaurant is so gorgeous. There is a beautiful moss and plant wall. You feel like you're in a greenhouse filled with glitter and disco balls. Everything is just so cute. Lots of table and bar seating. We had dinner and ate the chicken tenders so crispy and good w lots of dips, the elote, a burger and truffle fries, and the cheese pizza. Great portions, perfect for splitting. The service was excellent and our waitress was so sweet and attentive. The cocktails were tasty and strong. Definitely gonna come back for more food and more events.
