The drinks for our group were only partially completed, and bizarrely, one person received their meal before their lemonade was served. Additionally, the food itself arrived staggeringly slow, with each dish being served separately and well after a reasonable wait time. We came here as a family to celebrate Mother's Day and this put huge damper on our day and ruined our remaining plans for the day as we spent so much time waiting for our food. I also asked that no bananas come with my order as I am allergic. However there was still bananas on my plate! I regret to say that I cannot recommend visiting this restaurant, as the service was deeply lacking.

Food finally came out and they messed up my order. My rice came out with bacon after I indicated, no bacon. When I pointed out the error, the owner said they'll remake it but when I asked the owner how long that will take he skated around the answer and he pointed out that he was the owner and that his wife would take care of it but never answered the question. Now I sit and wait with a headache. I do not recommend this place because of their lack for details and slow as a turtle service.

The Strawberry Shortcake Frozen Coffee was really good, although it tasted more like a milkshake than a coffee. The lox in a bagel was really good. It was on everything bagel. I do wish there was a little more red onions and capers in it. I would have given this place 5 stars except the Rio Açaí bowl was okay. I do wish it had more granola. There was barely any granola or even blueberries on there. Half the bowl was full of sliced bananas (see picture). Service was good and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

I had a nice cappuccino with caramel and chocolate and a shot of vodka as well as some delicious sliders. I chatted with the owner who let me know that they've had the place for about 2 months. She mentioned that they bought the place as is and are slowly giving it their own personal touch. I wish them the best as good places are hard to find.
