My brother witnessed this employee making fun of me with the other employees, mocking me asking where the restaurant was. This type of behavior is rather juvenile and extremely unacceptable. I highly recommend extra training for your employees, since they cannot treat people with human decency and respect. Is this really the kind of employees that Starbucks employs? Disgusting and abhorrent behavior, absolutely inexcusable. So glad I never spent money at this establishment.

Beautiful city, beautiful weather. Outside was crowded so we opted for the restaurant. Gorgeous inside, old school European hotel flair. Great views from windows on the second floor!
