We tried three different pastries: a plantain pudding pastry, a fruity meringue pastry, and a very unique peanut butter and chapulines cruffin. All were excellent. My only piece of constructive feedback is regarding the payment process. We had to pay for the pastries separately from the coffee, which made the experience less smooth. It would be much more convenient if everything could be paid for on a single check. Overall, it was a wonderful spot!

The coffee was ok, but not too potent. The ambiance is relaxed. Mainly Polanco locals come here, no bad vibes. The customer service was ok. They just need to add more taste to their food, and they will do better.

The original location looks a lot prettier and bigger. Luckily we were able to get a seat alongside of the bar, but it was relatively packed. The guava pastry was so delicious! I usually don't like fillings in my pastries, but this was the perfect amount. The pastry itself was very flakey and buttery. Nothing to write home about the mocha, however. I don't think you can go wrong here. the sandwiches and pastries are top notch. Not sure what else to say other than: visit Saint as fast as you can! Pro tip: Buy a large baguette and take it with you. They also have french butter in the cooler towards the front. They were making fun of me at first for carrying a large baguette through the city, but this bread came in clutch with my group of weary travelers even a few days later after a flight to Merida! It stayed soft in the middle (which is a sign of authenticity!)

The first is that spellcheck changed the name of this pan de muerto to "himalaya ". The next is that the bakery borders Calle Tamaulipas which sounds a lot like Tamale Pass. Restaurant name idea? Maybe. Did I like it? It was fun. It was enjoyable. With so many choices in the city though, it may be a while before I return. Just too many places to try here.
