Mango pastry and pan du chocolate

Saint was a recommendation from a friend while we were on our trip to CDMX! While it isn't one of the more popular cafes in the area it was absolutely delicious! My husband claims that the mango pastry was his favorite of the entire trip! Since this spot is a little off the beating path there was no wait to get into the bakery and service was quick! There's plenty of seating in front of the bakery. The smells and taste of this place will definitely bring you back!

Cute pastry shop that always has a line! They have tons of fresh breads and treats that are perfect for your morning breakfast. They also have some sandwiches and quiches if you're looking for something a bit more hearty. My matcha wasn't the best and I should've probably gone with a coffee or americano. Service was nice and they have a few small tables outside.

Saint has the most delicious little pastries! I highly recommend stopping in to try one of their delicious treats. I ended up visiting 3-4 times during my stay in La Condesa! 5/5 for pastries! 4/5 for service! 3/5 for coffee.

This is a nice little cafe that we found right in the middle of Condessa. It seemed a little busy but we camw here anyway. I ordered a hot chocolate and an almond croissant, and she ordered an espresso with a chocolate donut. I liked the fact that they have their own in-house bakery, and i knew that my croissant was freshly made today. The seating here was extremely limmited because all of their tabkes were on the sidewalk. There was also loud music playing from the reataurant next door, but it didnt bother us. The pastries and hot chocolate were great!

Amazing spot with amazing pastries. It looked so good we might have over ordered. But that's okay.

Great cold brews and pastries but the quiche was very average. Nice staff and cute outdoor area. Would definitely recommend for your morning breakfast and coffee if you're staying in the area.

Loved the almond croissant as well as the quiche and I even brought home a few of their pan de muerto.

The pastries and service were delicious. While they do not have indoor seating, it was very pleasant to sit outside on the sidewalk and people-watch. We tried three different pastries: a plantain pudding pastry, a fruity meringue pastry, and a very unique peanut butter and chapulines cruffin. All were excellent. My only piece of constructive feedback is regarding the payment process. We had to pay for the pastries separately from the coffee, which made the experience less smooth. It would be much more convenient if everything could be paid for on a single check. Overall, it was a wonderful spot!

The service was attentive and friendly--occasionally a little slow, but that's part of the relaxed rhythm of being in Mexico. The outdoor seating is charming, surrounded by greenery and decorated with natural plants, which creates such a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. I especially enjoyed the Betty juice made with beets--it was fresh, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. The pastry selection feels endless, unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere in Mexico. During our visit, they were offering pan de muerto for Día de los Muertos, with a creative twist: a rich chocolate filling. It was outstanding! Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful experience here--delicious food, a beautiful setting, and a bakery that truly makes you want to come back again and again.

It's one of those rare places that get really hyped up and turn out to actually be worth the hype. We stopped in here on three different occasions during our Mexico City trip, and despite how viral it is there was never a line. The staff was very friendly, prices very reasonable, and order always came out super quick. My favorite things were the rol de guayaba, cafe de olla, and the puerquito de piloncillo. The guava pastry and puerquito were very fresh, soft and not crummy at all. The guava pastry was specifically memorable as it had the most delicious creamy filling in it that tasted like real guava and not overly sweet. The cafe de olla was addicting with the spices being perfectly balanced. It sets the standard for cafe de olla... it's not clear if I'll ever get one as good as the one they make here. This is a must stop during any visit to Mexico City.

We didn't dine in since it was hard to find seats for our group, so we just stop by to grab to-go. If you want some their popular items, make sure to come during the day time since it will run out. We came here a few times to try different baked goods: - Guava roll (5/5) - Butter croissant and honey croissant (4/5) - Tres leches cake (5/5) - Concha (3/5) - Mil hojas de frutos rojos/mixed berries napoleon (4/5)   The most popular item was their guava roll and it lived up to its expectations. The guava jam was sweet but not too overwhelming. The roll itself had a similar taste to a croissant. It was soft and flaky. They nailed the texture. We ordered a slice of the tres leches and napoleon. Tres leches was moist and the napoleon also was delish. Everything was well priced and a decent size for the price. The concha was also good, not too dry. They have an outdoor patio with shades. The menu also offer a variety of coffee drinks although we didn't try it this time. Overall, a great stop for a sweet treat.

It's more of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down café, with a selection that caters to specific dietary preferences like gluten-free, vegan, or low-sugar. We tried a few items to sample the range -- the strawberry empanada, some bread, and their wheat tortillas. The empanada had a mild flavor and wasn't overly sweet, which may be a plus for some but felt a bit underwhelming. The tortillas had a great texture but an unusual aftertaste that stood out. The other bread items we picked up were similarly neutral in flavor -- nothing particularly memorable, but not bad either. Overall, Pan Gabriel seems to prioritize clean ingredients and health-conscious recipes, which is great if that's your focus. Just keep in mind that the taste and richness typical of more traditional baked goods might not be what you'll find here.
